Anyone tried Oniken? I bought the Odallus + Oniken pack during the last steam sale and finally got around to playing them both. Both are NES style games, Oniken is very similar to Strider and Odallus kind of reminds me of the NES Castlevanias. I have 2 time trials left on Oniken and I am about half way done with Odallus. http://store.steampowered.com/app/252010/http://store.steampowered.com/app/319480/ If you buy the combo pack you can get Oniken for 1 dollar.
Wanted a game to casually stream to fill in non-scheduled streams, so I picked up Dankest Darkest Dungeon. I know it was in early access for quite some time, but Iâm just now playing it. Pretty fun so far. Thoughts from those that have picked it up?
I havenât got it yet but I was watching someone play it on Steam stream. even at just 1080p it looks crisp on a 400" screen through VR; its high on my list to play now.
Back in the day all keyboards were like that. The idea of a membrane keyboard was 1. unfeasible and 2. unthinkable. They are expensive because they represent real manufacturing and actual parts:
I agree that $170 is a bit steep, but you know, gaming shit. Those âgamingâ keyboards arenât nearly as well built. Mine cost half that and I love it.
A ducky. I have no experience with any mechanical besides those, Razors and the one I own, which is so far wonderful. I donât like Razor products, and Ducky Shines are pretty expensive. But they are nice.
Why I didnât think of this (take out the key DISABLE IT) instead of buying the keyboard that you can LOCK:turn off the windows key.
Still, it should be nowhere near WASD. Put it on the other side, I dunno. Who still presses that and actually wants to.
Almost asked Manx if I can just program something to stop that key. And for people who type, do you like taking your hands off the keyboard to grab your mouse to select? My keyboard now has the repeatable rate option too. Tried it out, yeah hold down arrows and get where you want to go vertically and horizontally in longass words if your new keyboard you are not used to now has typos from not knowing the depress to activate limits yet. Or hit ALT and whoops scrolled thru all that shit super fast too.
Graphics card doesnât support AMD Freesync. Guess I donât need that 144 hz monitor yet. People keep calling that the â1440pâ and an AMD forum guy went into how wrong that is in 4 paragraphs, lol, reddit sucks
The Operation Bloodhound update nearly made me uninstall the game from my computer. The new weapon updates are garbage, and the spawning system is completely fucked in casual modes.
I been on that game for a minute now, kept telling people to just get it even though it was early access still. Now itâs âofficiallyâ released and even better.
Iâm the only person I know locally who would play this for more than a drunken hour or so, once it gets online play Iâm definitely going to give it a shot. Plenty of people I know would go in on this once the online is implemented.
Hereâs hoping clueless lifeless zoolangder nobody is ever talking to doesnât come in here and post 2800 pix wide 45 MB gifs of that, zoomed in, never spoiler boxed, nobody asked for more media in the most obnoxious newb ass wannabecoolguy geekdork posting because its a âpixel + indieâ right up his poopchute alley â trailer so good makes you weary of the final product. Like the controls definitely canât be that clean, and those have got to be big canned animations, press and watch contextual right?
If anyone is into speedrunning, just one-more game gameplay, but way easier to jump right back in because it was made around it, Pivvot is good stuff.
Forgot I had this game. Needs high scores for the get all the way thru survival mode, and it tabulates your death count for the leaderboards though. âRNGâ might be in the damn disorienting angles they constantly turn you into. Good music.
Improved from a bad bad 164 death to 111 today. 256~ worldwide in some other of the EXTREME super fast shits, no idea how I got so in the zone to get thru that wall of death stuff as long as I did before.
