Thanks man!! I didn’t win enough to cover the trip or anything. Just enough to cover all my 3 entry fees and had some left over to chip in for pizza! LOL You would have had a blast, this whole weekend was unstoppable. From the ride up till the ride back it was fuckin awesome. It truly does get better every year.
Im going to be in Orlando Saturday so if you all wanna play cards Im down, even if we all just head up to the track and play cash games there. WHo in here is going to EVO? THis just replaced the HDR tournament, and we “almost” had a full team for this, but the event was cancelled due to lack of interest. The SOutheast region consists of Florida, Georgia, Carolinas, ALabama, Tennessee, etc…
I would rather pick some people already proven off the bat, but I’m not sure if Trent or Peter Ong are going to EVO.
I asked Flashmetroid, but he said he might be on the EC team with Justin…anyone in here planning on going to EVO?
Only FLorida people I know that should be on this would be Trent, Peter Ong, FlashM, Alex Navarro, and maybe TOny from Miami, but others could be better at the game, and I don’t think Alex and Tony are going…probably not even Peter Ong either…anyone have any ideas?

Im going to EVO. Trent should be going to EVO, he is already seeded in the SF4 finals. I can email peter and ask him if he is going to EVO if you want, but I don’t think he plays HD Remix.

Tourney update:
So the good news is that will from will’s pub (http://www.myspace.com/willspub) is cool with me holding monthly tournaments at his place. I will be talking with him this week to flesh out the details. The bad news is that they are most likely to going to have to be on monday nights. I hope this doesn’t discourage to many people from playing.
If you’ve never been will’s pub it is on 17-92 about a mile and a half before colonial. It is separated into a pool room, a band room and a bar area. The tourney will be held in the band area with the TVs and players on the stage. We will also have a projector displaying the matches behind the players! Thats it for now, more details and a date next week.
