So the following Amiibos don’t unlock unique costumes in Wolly World

All Pokemon Amiibos/Yoshi Amiibos. They will unlock a green Yoshi with the Amiibo symbol on his stomach. Not really unique which is why I count it.

If you already scanned and Amiibo that has any “variants” IE Gold, Silver, Classic and Mldern Mario than they will produce the same skin and vice versa

I’m playing Woolly World. It’s Yoshi’s island with great yarn aesthetic and no annoying baby Mario. I made it to world 2. I’m hoping you can unlock some the amiibo Yoshi’s in-game like with Mario Maker.

IMO this game is best enjoyed with multiplayer while trying to collect everything.
so far me and my friend are having a blast with the game and can’t get over the rich aesthetic they provide.
we go into every level thinking the visuals can’t get anymore charming and every time we are surprised.
definitely a must play.
i can’t agree with epic yarn being better.

Definitely don’t agree with Epic Yarn being better. Kirby’s chief mechanic wasn’t present in that game.

Kirby’s chief mechanic hasn’t been in plenty of games. I love the Copy ability but some of his best games are where the ability isn’t present.

Anyhoo, I am enjoying Wooly World more and more. I want to try to get all the wonder wool and collect all the different Yoshi’s World 1’s special stage, S-1 is a SERIOUS jump in difficulty. I was mashing my 2 button so much to do the flutter jump that I’m surprised it still works. The levels are getting a lot more creative and if the S-1 is any indication, it may take me a while to get all the wonder wool.

considering all the yoshi patterns you get in the game Already by collecting the yarn bundles in each stage I highly doubt it.

Either the amiibo gods are pleased with me or Nintendo has made good on keep the newer amiibos easier to obtain. Last week I was able to pick up Chibi-Robo Zip Lash bundle with ease at my locoal GameStop. I even managed to find the Retro Pack (R.O.B. Mr. Game & Watch, Duck Hunt) there and they had extras.

I go to pick up Yoshi’s Wooly World thinking there’s no way I’ll score any of the three Yarn Yoshi amiibos and I walk out with the pink one, the blue one and the green one bundled with the game. They had several green bundles. These things are disgustingly cute, BTW. I’ve never wanted to hug an amiibo until now.

All three colored Yoshis are bundled with the game? Or you mean the green is bundled but you bought the blue and pink separately?

Green Yoshi comes bundled with the game. Blue and Pink are separate.

Is Fatal Frame getting a physical release in the US? All I’ve seen are eShop releases and download codes on Amazon. Not sure if I’d check the game out or not, but I’m a bit curious.

Well, I finally tried out Ranked mode on Splatoon. I did Splat Zones and watched a few videos on YouTube to get a general idea of how that mode works. I won the first two matches and decided to bail because ranked is waaaaaay more heart pounding than Turf War, which I still love to death. I like getting more cash for winning Ranked but I know losing stings since you lose points and your rank can drop. Getting that S is gonna be tricky.

Stopped after chapter one in Fatal Frame. Game is a lot cooler than I thought it’d be. I only played the first one waaaaay back when, and dug it. I liked doing the different camera positions and trying to have 5 icons light up, as well. Game Pad mechanics were very nice. Played ZombiU, and didn’t think that we should get some multiplayer going on, for the month of October, but not sure who else has it other than myself and Sonic Human.

Need to get back into SMM and get the rest of the unlocks. Been playing Angel Slayer and going for Pure Platinums in the first Bayonetta with a side order of finishing Bayonetta 2, in NSIC.
