Yes. Yes. Yes. I like this because for one, I have not seen black lagoon. I have heard much and believe I will be watching a pretty damn good show.
I know right? Okay. compared to the other two movies it ain’t all that, but if they can hold onto SAC and 2nd GIG like they have, they could at LEAST play the movies. Personally, I would LOVE to see innocence on TV. As much as I love the first movie, I think the second one is actually my favorite. The subs I got were just…OMFG. It is all that I wanted in an anime movie. 
Back onto this day(or night) : Sam7 is starting to look pretty good. it’s starting to hold my attention. it is making me watch the screen. it is doing what I want my Toonami cartoons to do. :tup: More please!!!

So I was playing some persona (already seen samurai 7 so I figured I’d go ahead and just play a few extra matches) and stopped for Casshern, and the audio on the cable was working, and I started to freak out! But then I turned off the tv and turned it back on and it worked so it’s all good. I just wanted to share that because I know you all care and love me.
You must be crazy as well, because you can easily download almost anything, but the media industry is still going strong. iTunes? How about Netflix? They are both paid alternatives to something you could do for free.
As long as there are people who will watch dubbed anime, Toonami is here to stay. As long as there are people who listen to music, iTunes is here to stay, the same for TV anime. It may be less convenient to you, but it’s a decent distribution method(that almost guarantees viewership, and expands potential DVD customers) and makes it easier to legally watch a series.

RINGO! It’s always good to see her on this show. She was probably created just to make the viewers smile because this anime is depressing as sin. And yet I tune in each week.

I think the more we see of Luna, the more we see that her legend does not reflect her actual character. She seems way too creepy and just seems…off. I sense she might be secretly evil.
Agreed. I wouldn’t be surprised if she was somehow behind the whole ruin and planned her own “demise.” The creepy child trope seems to be in full effect here.

Y’know, T.O.M. advertising that Gundam Wing dvd reminds me that I should finish the series. I only saw bits and pieces as a child, and a friend gave me the series for my external hardrive, but I’ve only watched like, 5 eps. It feels rather dated in several ways (not that I dislike that), but I just keep finding myself watching other stuff.
Casshern is about halfway through and I still don’t have the slightest idea of what Luna is that makes her so important.
Well, everything has trended easily so far tonight, so I think viewership must be up. Either that, or the rest of twitter is dead(quite possible).
hmmm. Not a good sign, this. Pretty dead tonight. All the same, I kept the channel locked tonight.

They probably should’ve done the “quick summary” bit for Bleach when this new Toonami started…(or perhaps roll the show back to episode 1 for the Toonami rebirth?) Anyway, the past 2 episodes had some classic little moments of the series in it… like Ichigo running past Ulquiorra, only to get BLASTED by the no-look Cero shot… and then Ulq breaking through the roof so he would be within the “rules” when he transformed…and the classic “oh no…oh shit…” reaction when Ichigo realized he was definitely out of his league at that point. I love the music and everything from that scene.
*it’s still tough to pay attention to Eureka 7, even though that show has some hot animated bitches on it… I never know what’s going on with the show story-wise, and thus I hardly care about it. I noticed the guy’s reaction though when he realized the broad has a few kids… that is indeed a serious deal breaker in real life too…you see some GORGEOUS girl, then find out she already has children… right then and there that Price is Right Losing theme goes off in your mind. It’s hard for women to bounce back from that kind of penalty… it’s usually an immediate disqualification.
*Samurai 7 isn’t really grabbing me… this is probably because I missed the first episode, so I’ll try giving it another chance later.
its official: the best decade to be born in is the early to mid 90s. all the freakin good cartoons/anime came out! the classics were playing on toonami and even the good american cartoons were playing! these kids born in the new millennium totally missed out…but thankfully the internet is here and we can all regress to that awesome time and relive childhood :). If i ever have a kid im making sure to have him watch 90s Cartoons and not all this watered down/crappy modern shows
