Looks like that diver’s arm slipped when he was in pike which resulted in the body splash. He’s probably landed that dive a thousand times before in practice. Everyone fucks up once in a while, he just happened to fuck up on the biggest stage in sports.
For anyone following freestyle wrestling, how are the matches? They’re not showing any wrestling on the channel that’s showing the Olympics in my country so I’m out of luck.
