Ranbats starts around 7 so you should be good.

This season is probably in its 4th or 5th week so it may be a month or so before it ends. Not sure when the next one would start afterwards.

Games should be:

Arcade Emulatable (meaning MAME compatible, or ZSNES and such)
As poverty as you can get
Entry fee for the tournament is free
Brackets will be random
