I would really appreciate any comments on my Adon and MVC3 sticks. I apologize in advance for my english, not my native language.
This was literally my first time using photoshop so some things are just out right bad (like the filters on the art) and it was my first time making a stick template.

This being my second attempt I think turned out a lot better than the Adon stick. Any suggestions, especially on spacing, would be greatly appreciated.

I used templates by d3v for both sticks.

Here’s my first attempt at making a fightstick template for my SE stick.

I was using the trial version Photoshop CS5. I have never touched Photoshop and I was using multiple tutorials here and on YouTube.

I wanted to do combination stick art with Dudley & Sagat on one side repsenting my SSFIV mains with the SSFIV logo and on the other side Wesker & Magneto my upcoming mains for MVC3.

Guy flowchart template?

Hey, guys. New here. First post. Been looking through this thread, and a lot of the images here are amazing. I’ve been looking for some Guy faceplate art, specifically either like the ones on the first page with the single large character shot and the ink splatters on the buttons, or, preferably one that includes his basic move animations above the buttons. I think this is called a flowchart template, or something like that? I know he’s not the most popular character, so it may not exist. Anyway, I’ve looked through several hundred pages of the thread and haven’t found too much Guy-related work. Does anyone know if either of these has been created already? If not, maybe a link to some button splatter PSD files, so I can do it myself?

Marvel vs Capcom 3 designs FOR THE MADCATZ SE STICKS ONLY! As I said in another post is I did these because of the lack of love for the SE stick. They are in their full size ready to be printed.

Last of my stick designs. Only made some for characters I’m PERSONALLY interested in playing with, if you see one you want let me know!

Nice designs, I’m like the Wesker, Magneto & Thor ones. I used the Wesker titile for my little Wesker SE fightstick design.

Okay, I’ve changed my approach. I’ve used screenshots of the game to help me with colors and style. I added the purplish flames to the floor and his back just like the game. I put akumas symbol in the background too. I took out the SSFIV logo and placed in the MvC3 logo.

I think now it looks better than ever. I’ve printed my template and am going to cut it tonight. I’m still waiting on TEK INNOVATIONS (hobby art) to send me my plexi cover. Waiting 14 days for a confirmation is crazy. Wish it was here already.

The Dark Blue:
Sanwa OBSF-30, 30mm Pushbutton, Dark Blue

or the Violet:

i like the violet…but i would do 6 violet and 2 white on the ends, cant wait to see it printed…
Do not print this one though!!! Its just a preview… Ill upload the full size/resolution one for you…you want the buttons off also before print or it will leave funky rings around your actual buttons.

really diggin the presentation there!!! looks pro.
this is your best update on this template, looks filled out now. i would scale the kanji a lil bigger so you can see all sides of it behind akuma, but still solid work you got there.

Thanks man. I’ve refined it again.

I’m going to take your advice and make the kanji symbol bigger. I’ll make one from scratch and put the right button labels on too. This would be for an xbox 360 controller and not a PS3. DOH!

I just learned about a cool product that may help everyone out when it comes to making your own templates. It’s a circle cutter I found at MICHAELS. You can find it in the Martha Stewart section and it only costs $13 bucks.

It’s a really great tool that makes cutting your templates a SNAP! Seriously is something everyone here should have. .

Here is what my stick looks like so far without the PLEXI. TEK INNOVATIONS helps one to practice patience. I know it will all be worth it when it finally comes in.
