I would appreciate it greatly if someone could make me a template. I’ll pay up to 15$ if the template is done well. I will start by giving the pic sources then I will give directions.
Ok, that’s all the images. Now for the directions. I would want you to follow the mockup as closely as possible but you can add any image that would make it look nicer (Search for The World Ends With You for images). Looking at the mockup, things I’d want fixed are:
-I’d want a transition done between the “left main art” and the “right main art” of the stick. I don’t like how it goes from one to the other (colorful/stylish to just plain black). Not that I don’t want the plain black, to the contrary, I want the right side to be as plain as possible.
-I do NOT want the type of “echo” or “double” effect that is on the legs of the characters.
-The small text that is on the right side of the stick removed. Pretty simple erase (the "Square Enix, LTD Rights and stuff).
-Maybe a slight rotation on the small art/skull on the top-right side of the stick and making it a little more stylish (ink drops next to it, it going slightly “out of bounds” of the stick.)
I understand you being very particular about the design for your stick. As such, did you realize that the skateboard character at the top will be cut off when you cut out the section for the turbo and home buttons on the SE or TE stick?
I adjusted the vibrancy of the colors in the characters so they would ‘pop’ more. I also darkened the black areas of the city scape behind them. The “black areas” were more dark gray. Making them black made them contrast better with the color and overall make it match the black of the right side.
I faded the black of the right side over to the left. Its slight and hard to tell as much because I gave the seam the white rip/splatter graphic that you see.
I gave the little logo a slight white glow. I moved the logo title for the game down so the buttons would not cover it up.
Does anyone have a high resolution picture of the “Medic” in TF2? I really want to make a stick with him in the background but can’t find any good pictures :-/
You should pick out what badges/pins (or whatever they were in that game) you liked the most…then buy some seimitsu clear buttons and stick the pin art in the buttons.
Well if someone is making these and selling them…I was wanting to get the Akuma template on the first page. I have a TE arcade stick. I guess the main thing I would be paying for is well the template itself but also to have the wholes already cut. PM me if someone wants to do this.
Here are my two TEs I finished last night. Props go to likkuid for the designs and djbordie for printing and laser cutting the holes in the templates for me. I went with these two because Dic is my main and Viper will be my secondary, plus both their costumes’ colors work well with the default scheme of the sticks.
Aww how cute, a girl that looks like a little boy and a guy that acts like a little girl, lol. Nice stick btw, the layout works real well. The red/white/black mix does look a little funky though.
Thanks for trying it. I actually will be using neither the SE or the TE stick but I used this thread because it seems to be the better Template thread on SRK. The layout I put in my links wil be the one on the stick (14" x 11").
I was actually thinking of doing that but I decided not to because I think it would clash with the art. I may reconsider though, I guess I’ll have to see how it would look with the finished art. I’ll have clear seimitsus anyways so I could always change the art out when I want to.
I know it may sound like a longshot, but that Abel template/Honda template you did, could you make one for Boxer? Preferrably something with a whiteish pearl white color?
