Iād like to use this art as a customized TE fightstick but I canāt put it on the gray layer of photoshop. My PS skill are very poor especially with high resolution picture.

whats the best way top capture High Res images directly from the game? I really want a photo of chun li posing in her alt costume (purple color) and Akuama posing in his purple costume. I want to use these to make a template.
Also, what program do you guys use to make these preview templates that way I have an Idea of how it will come out before I print anything. Thanks guys!
(I thought about making a thread for that but being new I didnāt want to make anyone mad, ESPECIALLY after the several threads saying to use the search feature and stuff.)
When I went to Kinkos I was expecting stupidity, but not institutionalized idiocy. I brought a thumb drive with my PSD and a PNG as a back-up. When I get there they insist on importing the PSD into a PDF! They did the same with the PNG. I went behind the counter and talked shop with them for a bit but they insist that they can only print from some custom PDF printing software. Naturally I got a ton of artifacts and some bizarre results. The vinyl printer doesnāt like any type of gradient and I had used one as a layer mask. Everything came out insanely dark to the point that the whole thing was practically just a black mess. The colors that did come through came out with color burn. Even when printing to paper they had the burn and some of the darkness issues. Everything they printed the PSD-PDF on came out pixelated too. Seriously how can a print shop not use PhotoShop files? WTF?
Has anyone else encountered this at their local Kinkos or am I just lucky to be in close proximity to a horrible experiment in mismanagement gone awry?
Could someone do a template with this and this? Would be very appreciative.
Hrm. Try saving your working file as a TIFF and bring that in. They shouldnāt have any problem printing it, and itāll save you from someone untrained screwing with your artwork.
Just follow the advice I gave you the other day after our little fight.
Then save it as .PDF in Photoshop.

Hey, whatās up fellas.
Forgive the newbism, if possible. Iām really trying to keep it to a minimum.
Iām also trying to figure this artwork thing out for my SE, and doing a ton of reading.
Once I get it down correctly, Iāll compile a consolidated step-by-step for the whole thing and see if I can help make it easier for anyone in my shoes.
But for now, Iām having difficulty getting around the whole image/image conversion thing.
Namely for the template in the post quoted. Iād like the template for the se there. Rapidshare keeps authoring it as 10.7kb version of it, though. Certainly not a 7mb or so file.
(no, Iām not saving the link from photobucket, iām not clicking save as on a picture, etc. I did all the usual rapidshare nonsenseā¦ but it just doesnāt dl correctly. 
Iāll be doing a search of all relative posts and sites for a solution to my problem.
And, until I sift through 392891 pages of info, and numerous false positives to the searchā¦
Anyone reading, or online at the moment to give me a hand?
Once I actually have the right file(how the f does one even get that at this point!?)ā¦ what exactly would I be doing to convert it to something simple enough for the brainiacs at kinkos to reproduce? (after hearing bbās story at his kinkosā¦ Iām willing to bet Iāll run into the same crap at EVERY one I go to over here, too)

Iām brainstorming a few template ideas. When I get around to making them, Iāll post em up here for you guys to pick and choose.
I threw the Bleach one together really quick (because the art was sick.) I didnāt mess around with making the resolution to scale for the stick, but you should know that I had to stretch the art to make it fit the template exactly. If it doesnāt bother you, then here it isā¦ when Iām not doing Chemistry homework I could work on it a little bit moreā¦ but just so you can see what itās likeā¦
I wanted to stick to the Black/White themes of Ichigo vs. Ogihci and I also liked the blood red vibe that the characters gave off. I think it matches the original art theme of the TE stick fairly well, so a quick button change and it may work. Here are my efforts, donāt know if Iāll go ahead with it, TE stick comes in April but would have replaced all the parts with Sanwa buttons by then anyways. And if I replace the art stick and buttons I canāt resell the SE stick. Worried Iāll screw up the art mod:
