Pointless thread as we all known Capcom just put that suggestion box up to keep Capcom-Unity busy, but this could be fun

Marvel:
Ghost Rider - I wasn’t expecting as much clamoring for him as he got. I always did like Ghost Rider and he goes back to the “planned since the first Marvel games but cut and left in as a cameo” category that now playable Thor and She-Hulk were in. Hellfire, chains, Penance Stare, and being planned early, the biggest thing I see holding him back is the motorcycle, don’t want vehicle or summon supers to become stale.
Elektra - Again, someone who was supposed to be in the early Vs. games, as well as the rumours spreading around she was pushed by both Marvel and Capcom but barely cut from the final roster. People would say she would have played like Psylocke, but really, I could only see an AA move that works like Psi-Blade and maybe a few similar normals.
Emma Frost - Niitsuma even said that Emma Frost was his favourite character in the game for the time she was, and she’s getting more exposure as a main character in the new X-Men show and film. Telepathy plus a diamond form would be hella cool for a moveset, if they already had something going, I’d like to see it.

Capcom:
Strider Hiryu (Strider) - Even tho I’m sure that over 90% of the people asking for him can’t play him in MvC 2, he seems like the universally accepted DLC choice.
Gallon/Donovan (Vampire) - With Niitsuma saying that Gallon would be his next pic for a Vampire rep, he seems like the best bet. However, after hearing how Donovan was planned, I would love to see him even more considering my two favourite characters from the series are Lei-Lei who is already in the game and Donovan. I’d accept him even with toned down animation for his Elemental Gods.
