The Official Qanba Fightstick Thread (New products Coming)

If you can get the order to go through, more power to you. If I was made of money I might opt for a White Q4 (depending on when they manage to re-restock them) but I just got a black one and I really like it already.

I just ordered a standard Q4 from videogamesnewyork. Can’t wait.

Has anyone made some nice templates for this stick? Looking forward to adding some art later on, the stick feels great.

That stick looks great… like the red colour. Saw a BBC Horizon documentary on colour and there was a section on competitions and they concluded people wearing / associated with RED did better because its genetically programmed as a DANGER signal in humans.

Anyway Id buy that stick today…but my brain is telling me that start button is in such a stupid position!

Q4 RAF 3in1 ice blue 6 button( Artwork design: MINSK, Germany )

this was a first place prize for the king of fighters 13 pre-release event in germany, and i have to say, the stick is fantastic. the specific version i got was dual modded, full seimitsu and came with extras: a cloth to wipe the stick (which fits nicely inside the cable box if necessary) and a headset.

…and this is the thing of beauty ATG is talking about

Hi, this is Yamato from French arcade stick modding shop “Dans Ta Cave”, long time since i’ve posted here but i’ve been selling Qanba’s arcade sticks in France since the Q4RAF came out and I’ve been thinking a while about offering a similar service for european gamersat a good price.
Well, i’m happy to say i’ve found a way for my fellow european gamers to supply you with the best Qanba has to offer. The deal is simple, the Q4RAF black, Q4RAF 6 buttons Blue, and Q4RAF White & Red only cost 140 euros, Fedex shipping included to all Europe. Ice Blue and Clear Red with Sanwa Clear buttons are 155 euros, also with Fedex shipping included. You can also ad a clear plexi for 10 euros flat.
Delivery time ranges from 2 to 3 weeks maximum, shipping directly from Hong-Kong to your House after processing order.
we accept Paypal for safe online payment.

Also, I’ve made some changes to my shop, and it’s now in english for easier understanding : http://basgrospoing.fr/boutique/en/19-qanba
(For your Info, bas gros poing means down fierce punch, and is a website dedicated to fighting game news)

If you have any question, do not hesitate, i’ll glady reply

PS: north America customers are welcome, but you can get your Q4RAF cheaper from Canadian Joysticks and Focus Attack

On cyber monday videogamesnewyork offers free shipping. Assuming you don’t live in new york, tax won’t be applied so the stick will be 150$ only.

Sweet, this coming Monday i’mma order my own Q4raf.

That’s a good deal for anyone looking for a Q4 (I was contemplating on picking one up, but decided to go for a HRAP VX-SA since I don’t own any games that I need to use a stick regularly on the PS3) and looking to add any parts to the same order so you get everything at once.

I sort of committed to getting a qanba but i kind of wanted an eightarc fusion…did i make the right decision by choosing aqanba?

The only difference is the start button being moved and replacing the mode button on the Fusion for +$35.

That’s good, I really dont mind the start button being there, I wasnt sure if there was anything wrong with the Qanba…it being so cheap and all… but thanks for the peace of mind

You can install a switch for the Start button and enjoy the best of both worlds.

Wow really? And would that switch lock my start button as I play?

That’s what I did in the video in post #1906 If anyone asks why you didn’t just get an Eightarc just tell them you can’t hear them over the sound of you awesomely carrying your arcade stick with a handle.

where can I purchase iced red q4raf!? the handle is more than enough to swing me over to the qanba side over 8arc. the start button doesnt bother me since I already avoid the macro buttons pretty easily.

also, is there any difference between the red/white edition and the typical black one? the major selling point for me is the dual mod, so I want to be careful.

also also, where is an art template for this baby?

Great idea with the switch to disable the start button, really great, i’m gonna try to duplicate your idea when I get mine hopefully, using your video as a reference… got any tips for me?

Lol, i’ll be sure to rub the carrying handle in their faces !

not sure if its what your looking for…but try arcadeshock.com they have a couple different color schemes of the Qanba.

can someone spell out for me which editions have a carrying handle and which don’t. It’s a deal breaker…
