On my Q4RAF, the black piece that the microphone plugs into is loose. When I plug the adapter in, I can freely wiggle it around, while the audio goes in and out.
Is there a way to fix or replace this piece?
The rest of the stick is perfect - I think I accidentally bumped the adapter when it was plugged in, and now something inside is bent or has come loose.
please ask LLX directly via e-mail, he will surely be able to help you.

Hello, I am interested in buying a Q4 Raf (white-red edition preferably). Does anyone know of any European online shops where I can find it ? (already know of Gremlin Solutions)

apart from gremlin solutions, danstacave offers the standard design q4 .
Hello llx8000/Xianglong,
I received “Qanba Real Arcade Fightingstick Q4 (3in1)” and “Qanba Real Arcade Fightingstick Q4 Replacement Cover” on last saturday from Play-Asia.
It’s feels good!
However, “Replacement Cover” is a little bigger and can’t be attached to my “Q4 RAF(3 in 1)”.

our clear plexi maybe bigger 0.2mm before, when we used it ,our worker usually need to use a knife blade or sandpaper to grind the bigger edge off, we have made smaller now.If you don’t know how to do,please send me email:zhongxianglong@hotmail.com

Will the Q7 double stick ever have a 3in1 multi-console version? And available to USA and Canada? I like the design a lot, except I wished the buttons on the side would be on the top corners instead. Also it would be nice to be able to change the art work on the panel easily. There really isn’t competition at all for dual arcade sticks besides X-Arcade, and X-Arcade is not a quality product at all. I think this product could do very well in USA and Canada if it was multi-console and was priced not to far away from X-Arcade.
this stick is very large and weight,we have no plane to add 3in1 multi-console version now.

Where can i buy the Q4 in the US? I don’t want to have to pay 60+ dollars for shipping it from Asia.
Thanks
Does anyone know how long it will take to ship from Play-Asia?

The only negative point… is the octogonal gate of the joystick… it really sucks. :S
Please make square gates by default for your next generation of arcade sticks.
Thank you =)
If I can “feel” (by the click sound) 8 directions, it means it’s octogonal right? lol because i thought sanwa joysticks were square gates by default… ^^
How about you open it and check it for us
I can feel by a clicking sound 8 directions on my TE that has a square gate.

They are square gates by default AFAIK. You are confusing what you are hearing with what you should be feeling. If you roll the joystick around at it’s full extension then you will know what gate it has by the pattern it makes. Or you could just open it up and have a quick look.

Do you mean Hori made in China with the same Japanese components? O have it in Europe for nasty 350 USDs and it is still nice stick for that price.
I read on the website that the ones suitable for PC usage are not compatible with Windows 7, is this true? I would love to have a stick for my PC as i play street fighter on my PC.
