I’m on Tapatalk app right now, so visiting the sites are off and on. But these arcade sticks look pretty nice. Will definitely try one out and get serious on switching from controller to arcade stick, badly.
quick question the start button on the Q4 isn’t sanwa, so would it be easy to replace and would this void the warranty?.
easy to replace yes.
Case of popping it in?, I have no experience modding but that would really bug me if the start button isn;t sanswa
well, if it bugs you, you can perhaps order a Q4 with a pre-modified sanwa start button.
you might need a little force to popp it in, but basically yes.
Just got my Q3 yesterday… Only took 4 days (UPS) for it to go from Hong Kong to South Carolina! Extremely happy! By the way, I can’t imagine switching to a plastic case after holding this thing… I was leaning towards the Q4 for the Multi-PCB, but then I realized I only play 360… If you tend to stick with one console, I highly recommend the Q3. The build quality is IMPRESSIVE.
ECHO>>> However… The only issue I hoped that would not happen with my Q3 is the Xbox Live mic Echo… Plugged my Qanba in, joined a party, and the first thing anyone said was… “Why am I echoing.” This is extremely frustrating llx and I think most of us would appreciate a solution/part if needed… We have paid a good amount of money for your product and that would only be fair.
Beyond the echo(which is a huge deal for me), Qanba is a great product.
I am very new to fighters, but I knew after playing on a the regular controller for a week that it wasn’t going to work for me. I just received my stick and it’s truly an incredibly experience… Brought a whole new level of enjoyment!
^What are the Q3 buttons like though, all sanswa?. I’m suprised the echo problem is still there. Still very interested just undecided which to get.

the echo issue is partly fixed: ask llx, he will send you a picture which explains how to rewire the cable that connects the PCB with the headphone jack. after a couple of minutes, the xbox headset will work perfectly.

Where did you buy the stick from? I’m trying to find somewhere that sells the Q3 but I can’t seem to find a place. Does Qanba sell direct? There is no english on the website, and the distributor for Australia doesn’t to emails.
