Hey couple questions. I just got my qanba q4 which is awsome, so i was wondering 1 wen making art for it doesne1 kno wat size the template is? also i wanna put designs on my buttons aswell where can i do that?

Hello there, I got my Q4 and I’m having the exact same problem that pblogic reported last week
Whenever I connect to Xbox Live and start a Party or Private Chat with a Friend or any chat room in general, the person I’m talking to reports really annoying echo. I’ve tested it with the xbox headset, the earphone that came with the Qanba, a 2.5 mm headset from Plantronics that has volume control and that I connected using a 3.5 to 2.5 headset buddy adapter but the result is the same. On the other hand when I test the headsets on my MadCatz TE or the regular Xbox controller there’s no echo at all. I would really appreciate if someone else could test it so we can know if this is happening to only some sticks or if is a general compatiblity issue between xbox live and the Q4 headset jack. Also, any additional advice will be appreciated.

Im having the exact same problem dnt kno wat to do

I have found the reason,Because the headset 3 lines of connection way of,I will email you another 3 lines of connection way .very easy.

i think im going to purchase one of these stick. i just have to find somwhere thats not sold out of them. Anyone know if there are some resellers in phoenix Arizona?

also what is the shipping charge on focus attack,and the canada site?

My new q4 makes ppl echo to them selves while i am speaking with them, wats the best headset for it and how do i fix this problem,

the first version is only for PC.

loving my qanba but, when the stick releases from the right right position back to neutral, it makes a small squeak noise. Is this normal w/ Sanwas or can it be something with the lubing? I’m afraid of opening it up if it voids warranty (not sure if i even have warranty)

REGARDING THE ECHO PROBLEMS:
it has something to do with the electrical connections, because the xbox headset differs from normal headphones in this regard.

-> easiest SOLUTION:
use the original xbox headset with a 2,5-to-3,5 adapter. works perfectly fine.

Someone earlier noted using an adapter and still getting echos. I’m also running into the same echo issues using the included Qanba headphones. Don’t have an adapter to check if I get echoes on an official Xbox headset but I’m going to assume that won’t fix the issue. Anyone else figure out a solution?

again: xbox headset works fine, i checked on Q4 and Q3.
the guy you are talking about did not state anything about trying the xbox headset, but only a third party headphone.

I have just purchased a Q4 from play-asia.
I am a newbie here on the forums (and a relative newbie to Street Fighter).
I would just like to say thanks to all the people who have made this forum great. It was really helpful in helping me make a decision to buy a good stick. (i’ll probably get a couple more for my brothers so there won’t be excuses when I kick their butts!)

I can’t wait to get mine and I have SSFIV coming (I’m a pC player only) in the mail soon.
