I just received my Ice-blue LE from arcadeshock and let me tell you it exceeded my expectations.
EXCEPT FOR ONE THING!
I was debating with myself for over a week between the Q4RAF and an Eightarc stick because I was unsure if I wanted the carrying handle or the better start button placement. I ended up going for the Q4RAF and paid over 200 dollars in order to get a prettier stick, dual modded with a carrying handle. Now I receive it and I realize that it DOES NOT have a carrying handle.
The model name/number of these sticks with no carrying handle should be changed as it is misleading to people or at least it should be advertised in the websites that it’s different from the original model. The eightarc website sells the same stick in their website and they claim that it has a carrying handle. If I ordered it from there would I get a handle? I’m just very disappointed with what I got, needed to vent out.
If you order it from Arcadeshock.com, the only one that says it has a handle is the black one at the top. Sorry you aren’t happy w/yours, I got my Ice Blue one today and I’m in love w/it
Um…nothing I guess. You bored? Cause I’m pretty sure I landed my point, which was my stick came in and I’m happy WITH it. I’m used to typing at work, I thought I could relax on the internet
Just got my white Q4RAF from Arcade Shock and I am loving it so far.
My only disappointment is that I can not use it to play my PS2 games because the home button is not responding once my 60GB BC PS3 switches over to PS2 mode.
I guess I’ll have to stick with my Hori FS3 to play CvS2
Eightarc has it listed wrong. If you look at their website, they just copied and pasted the product description for the black q4 on all of the qanba models except for the sanwa OBSC and OBSF button descriptions. The LE ice blue does not come with a handle. Only the ice red LE and black q4 come with a carrying handle. Arcade shock is really good with their product descriptions. On the AS website a carrying handle is not listed for the red, blue, or white models, only the black Q4. I would email AS if it is really bugging you and see what they can do. They respond quickly and have awesome customer service. I just received my Qanbas from them yesterday, but they’ve been answering my emails during the 3 weeks I waited for the pre-orders to ship. The owner is a pretty understanding guy.
I concur at the EXCELLENT customer by AS. I originally paid $189 and then the price went down a week later to $169. They gave me the option of $15 store credit or $10 cash back (had to cover shipping costs, which I totally understand). VERY nice guys, their customer service alone I will recommend buying from AS shop

Been lurking around here for awhile and decided to buy a qanba q4raf white edition. It came in from play-asia a couple of days ago and it came with a carrying handle.
I just emailed arcade shock and the ice blues (8 button) that they are selling do not have a handle. For those interested in an ice blue without a handle hit up arcade shock.
Hi guys. A friend asked me to create custom art for his Q4 stick, but the PSD template provided is in CMYK and doesn’t open in Gimp. Can some kind soul re-save in RGB and give me the link?
Just received my Q4RAF today…can’t get it to work on my PC. I’ve tried on 360 and PS3/PC mode. It detects a problem and troubleshooting doesn’t find the problem. I’m on Windows 7.
