Too many good games, and they pretty much all go on sale within the first month.
Demon’s Souls is fire, I can play that game everyday damn near, but I got too many other games I need to play.
I swear after 3D Dot Game Heroes, I’m putting a moratorium on buying games unless they are on sale for $20, except Gran Turismo 5.
Not a bad deal certainly, but I’m a bit shaky about GoHastings - I’ve heard hit-and-miss stuff about their delivery, and the quality of their titles (but that’s mostly for used, I think). I’ll probably still pre-order it from Amazon instead; it won’t cost me that much more in the long run, and I’ll get the Ratchet & Clank mods as a bonus, plus whatever the “mystery mod” is that they mentioned on the PlayStation blog this morning:

I wouldn’t say that there shouldn’t be online multiplayer trophies. But they shouldn’t tie in to the platinum like Ghostbusters does. RE5 got it right with not having to get all of the online trophies to get the platinum. Yeah, if you didn’t spend the extra dough to get the online mp you couldn’t get 100% but it also didn’t keep you from the ultimate goal of fully completing the game. It just needs better implementation is all.
For the U2 head scratchers: The reason you could see people around corners could be because they were donning the Come Get Some Booster, which actually makes visible to all players on the opposing team. As for the higher number of Invalid users, it was actually triple XP weekend, so everybody was trying to get that money and level up. I was sporting Glass Jaw and Come Get Some the entire time, and got to level 58 with a less than halfway to go before 59.
Amazon has my copy of SSF4 in Kentucky as of 12:30 a.m… Hope I get it before I go to work tomorrow afternoon.

Yeah, that happened to me one night while I was in the middle of some local games, and I was like “WTF??”. I looked down, and my puppy was chewing on the damn cable. 
Was pretty pissed. It’s a good thing I have more than one stick. (and know how to solder, I guess)
I’m hype for 3D Dot Game Heroes. I got a decent amount of cash, and am gonna be looking for some decent 20-30$ games to buy, as well as some PSN cards. I gotta get Afterburner, though I think I’m gonna get a 50$ card and sit on most of the cash waiting for a deal to come around for Trine/WipEout again.
Don’t forget how some online multiplayer trophies are impossible to get because no one plays X game online anymore. That shit sucks, because 99% of the time with those games the online trophies aren’t even that difficult or time consuming.
No game with extra DLC trophies requires you to get the DLC trophies in order to get the Plat. If those RE5 VS mode trophies were free off the bat with the release of the game last year, you would’ve needed those trophies to Plat the game. Thankfully not though, those trophies are difficult to get because of how often people quit games and you ended up spending 10-15 minutes for nothing because someone on the other team bitched out. I agree with them needing to better implement online trophies, especially with things like needing 50+ mini trophies(badges) to get one trophy like in Battlefield Bad Company, or sinking a shitload of time into doing stupid things like in the extra DLC trophies for Uncharted 2 where you need to do 150-250 of X to earn a trophy. Timesink trophies suck.

Managed to get a decent ending going into it blind, going back and trying to get some more of the trophies, ended with about 50-60% on the first go
anyone know how many endings there are?
there are something like 7 possible MAIN endings, but there are like 18 different “scenes” to be seen for all the endings. if i remember correctly, if i dont it is close to that. and you dont have to play through the game from start to finish you can start at certain points to get certain endings.

see the thing about those types of trophies are, if you are a trophy hunter or a trophy whore, then they are timesinks. otherwise those trophies are basically there for people who just like to play the game, because those people will keep playing the game just because they like it (not for the purpose of trophing) and eventually those trophies will come.
