Surprised that actual black female cosplayers exist. The Elena one is too fat, but the light skin one Ihttp://treaveryaajs.deviantart.com/art/I-d-hit-that-128767429

Keep it PS3 talk plz…we have cosplay threads in Image Mishmash
Anyone get the Skate 3 demo? I thought it was ok but it still seems like there are frame rate issues. At least the off board controls are a little smoother and you can run fast as hell.
What? Didn’t Skate 2 only just come out?
So I bought FFXIII and both Wipeouts for PSP. The guy at gamestop though put the two same Wipeouts in each case so now I have two copies of Pulse instead of a copy of Pure. I’m gonna have to go back tomorrow and wring the clerks fucking neck.
I dunno why I bought FFXIII. I’ve been needing a new game but I dunno why I got FFXIII over what else was on the shelf…
Yeah man, I used to play it alot. Heck, I think they should make a new one. haha
@Tizoc - Yay a supporter :>, one day brotha… one day, beat-em-up will be revived.
@HardCastle - Yeah man, but I’ve never encountered any FpS lag. I did encounter a freeze though. But I don’t mean to be biased but after playing Skate 1 and Skate 2… Skate 3 looks fkin beautiful on PS3. The colors are just so vibrant and clean. I tried the demo on 360 too but there are less colors for some reason… It’s hard to explain. (Both are HDMI)
Overall I thought it was very meh.
Skate 1 > Skate 2 and 3 combined.
Guess they are really making it into an every year thing. But all of EA’s best sport titles get bad after the third one. Like NBA Street or SSX.
SSX: Tricky or 3>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Skate and Madden
Planning on switching to a wired connection soon. Just wondering, how much information do I need to know about my setup when configuring the settings? For wireless, the OS didn’t ask for anything besides the network name and key. It’ll be connected to a router.
Thanks.
TBH don’t really know.
But when we were using wire, it was pretty much plug-n-play already…
Man SSX 3 was so tight. I need to play that again.
I really want them to bring back the SSX series, I even liked 4, but blur was kind of what.
I wish they’d make a good Tony Hawk Pro Skater again. They haven’t been good since 2.
^ i would much prefer a new thrasher skate and destroy game
well a big fuck you to 3.21 from me.
ps3 is staying as a once every few months movie server now.
Got my first Platinum - Bayonetta
Ugh, picked up Sacred 2 because I heard a few good things about it, seriously played 10 minutes (that’s counting opening and shit) and stopped. I fought maybe 3-5 enemies and combat was nothing special or fun, and the game itself felt really choppy (not a smooth camera).
Yeah, I bought Sacred 2 because I was HYPED as hell for it. I never played it again after the first hour. The worst part is that we bought two copies - one for me and one for my brother, so we could play together via PSN.
Side-note: People are still whining about the latest firmware update? I would’ve thought they got over that after they realized they didn’t use linux anyway.
Sacred 2 has such great potential… I was just annoyed by how the action/combat is presented. It’s one of those “not quite real-time?” kinda things…strange to even describe it. Basically, I don’t like it when a game’s characters aren’t reacting properly to getting hit by physical or magic-based attacks. I don’t recall the enemies ever reeling back unless it was a critical hit, or it’s that last hit that killed them. It’s stupid to see a monster just standing there or continuing to attack while it’s getting sliced up by your sword, a mace, club or whatever… or blasted with magic…he’s NOT “no-selling” that shit…he’s still taking damage but NOT being knocked back or stumbling? Nigga please. That’s what I call a “half-ass” and ultimately stupid visual representation of combat.
The perfect action-RPG to me would be the depth of Sacred 2 + the game-mechanics of something more action-oriented like Fable. When characters are getting worked over by dangerous attacks, it should look like that’s exactly what’s going on…not some bullshit where a goblin or whatever is just standing still with the damage numbers floating up after each hit… It’s really annoying, because I loved everything else about Sacred 2…this is also the reason I haven’t played it since last year. (*well, another issue was the character selection, and lack of a custom-character, but that’s much more of a personal nitpick with me… I’d love to have “custom-character” options in EVERY game. Shadow Warrior and Inquisitor were interesting though, so I only played those. Shadow Warrior gets ridiculously overpowered early on in the game…all kinds of “buffs” and you can have a whole squad of undead roaming around with you…that character is awesome. Oh, and 2 or 3 of that “Death Squad” are special summons that NEVER go away unless you “uncast” or dismiss them! Hah, I loved games where you can summon things…and your skeletons don’t really die…they just regenerate energy and continue fighting for you…heh, just remembering that almost makes me want to play again.)
Sacred 2 is fun o_O
Just give it some time.
And that’s probably the closest game you can play if you want to play a MMORPG on your console. (Well, technically not MMO, but… you know what I mean)
Except for Angels Love online (But you’d have to download it on the JP store, and know Japanese, lol)
Yea man I would give EA my money in a heart beat for a new SSX game that was as good as SSX3.
