What’s the word on Dead Nation?
I’ve played Katamari before. I still regret doing so to this day. But my girlfriend loves the series.
Played RDR: UR last night in Undead Django mode…shit was going hunky dory. The other 3 dudes semed to know their shit, but on wave 5, one got dropped, and another dude waded in trying to save him and got nom’ed, so that left a chick and me, trying to lead the z’s away, and thin the herd while one of us circled back to help the fallen player. I look around, and suddenly, it’s just me. my surviving partner and the fallen guy had logged out. I got nom’ed after 6 more minutes of Benny Hill-esque running, dodging, and shooting over my shoulder. Why isn’t srk in on this? It’s fun as hell!
I just got Undead Nightmare last night, still playing through the single player at the moment. I was going to get RDR, but it wasn’t at the store so I got UN instead. Hella fun.
Good timing with the stomach flue, getting to play a shit ton of games.
Uncharted is really good, not “T3h be5t gam3 evaarr” like some people were telling me but yeah…its fun. I spend a lot of time just standing around looking at stuff since the environments are just amazing. Story and production are tops. I got Uncharted 2 with my bundle so I’m hoping it levels up a bit in some areas…

Zombie Apoc - Its cool, looks good but playing solo is kinda lame. Anybody suggest a beter zombie game?
Super Stardust HD - Holy shit, this game is sick. A def buy.
Wipeout HD - Again, holy shit…looks insane. Where is my “Firestarter” jam? I’m gonna pick this up for sure.
Get on that multiplayer, THEN see what you think about it. Totally different game.

Uncharted 2 is it’s superior in just about every way. It’s really something to look forward to. Hop to it asap.
Yeah. Uncharted 2 is still probably the best game on the PS3 right now.
I like the story in Uncharted 1 more than 2. But I like the gameplay more in 2 than 1.
Plus yeah, the polished up Uncharted 2 in a lot of different ways and from what I hear the Multiplayer is one of the best on PSN.
Look up Dead Nation. It’s by the very same studio as Super Stardust.
Sony really needs to get demos out more frequently. If not for all downloadable games, then at least for the ones they themselves publish.

How does buying stuff off the japanese or european psn store work? Like if I make an account for the Swedish store and download some PS1 games they’ll be in english? And how would charging kronas on my CC work? Same with yen and the Japanese store
I was thinking of trying this out since I saw a few videos on youtube. I"m not sure if I want to though, because aren’t vacuums harmful to most electronics because of ESD? I’ve heard this on more than one occasion. I might be wrong though because I think they mean don’t use a vacuum directly on the innards of electronics. I’ll just be using it to vacuum dust/dirt through the grids. But still, I wonder how dusty my system actually is on the inside.

Buying things off of PSN has to be in that currency. If you want to buy stuff from Japanese PS, you need to load your JP PSN account with Yen. Europe, I don’t know how it is handled due to the different currencies they use.
As far as zombie games, RDR: Undead Nightmare is the best we got. If it has zombies, it needs horror and “Oh, shit! RUUUUN!!” moments.
^zombie apoc is like thrill kill/world heroes. dead nation is street fighter. no comparison. i’ve only played two levels but that shit has all those things. there’s moments that’s like a survivor horror, you’re on edge and then there’s the twin stick shooter, hordes of zombies comin get the fuck back moments. the rapist zombies hiding on the wall is lol though.
The odd thing there is that I’m interested in Red Dead’s zombie DLC thing…but I’m not really interested in the regular game.
I also highly recommend Zombie Apocalypse, especially if you have someone to play with. It is the perfect mix of zombies + Geometry Wars, imo.
*whoah Dead Nation is out already?! These games keep sneaking up on me, man. Then again, I haven’t even turned on the PS3 in a long time…probably a few weeks or more. Such is the power of Phantasy Star.
