I don’t own the game and I was browsing PSN yesterday and saw the BB:CS section. Took a look and started laughing; they’re charging people for alternate voices? VOICES? Come on. This DLC nonsense is getting out of hand.
DLC is a great idea for some games. GT5 is a perfect example since a new one won’t be out for a few years if ever, and I don’t want the game delayed again just so Kaz can put another couple cars in when he can just put it in a car pack a month after release for like $4-5.
I don’t mind the DLC characters in Blazblue when someone in the area is willing to gameshare it with me…
I’m having internet problems, and it’s looking like the modem is the problem. My modem is a 10 year old speedstream 5360 which apparently can’t handle my DSL package of 3-6 Megabits/second.
Though I mainly use my modem for internet surfing, I figure one that works well with PSN or with online gaming in general couldn’t hurt.
That’s why I’m asking this here: what brands do you guys recommend/stand-by? D-Link? Linksys? Is there a cheap one you can recommend? My maximum budget here is 40 bucks.
DLC
Ratchet and Clank: quest for booty
Trine
Earthworm Jim HD
Prince of Persia Classic
Monsters (probably) stole my princess (on sale for 2.50 right now, really fun mini)
there’s also Braid but i wouldn’t recommend it for the $15 price tag.
You could get Trine from PSN. It’s like LBP with a fantasy/D&D sorta theme. You know, magic, skeletons, swords, that sorta thing.
It’s a pretty fun game.
Borderlands as well.
Best Buy this week has Lost Planet 2, Assassin’s Creed 2, and BioShock 2 for $19.99 This week only! Just picked up a copy of lost Planet 2 for a friend.
