Wait, how the fuck is Castle Crashers not out yet? They were talking about releasing it on PSN months ago. Can’t wait. Never played it on Xbox but all I heard was good things about it.

I have a question then. I had an 80 gig ps3, the damn motor died out and no discs can play. If I send sony my ps3 and they don’t(which I know they won’t) fix it, will they send me back another 80 gig ps3(same model) or will I get a 120 gig slim?(which won’t play my fucking ps2 games)

It’s extremely.fun for a short while. Mashing one button gets really old after awhile, but that’s just the nature of beat em’ ups.

Yep, but you still just mash that button really. Every character has a specific magic ability and as you gain experience you can upgrade that characters stats. New weapons come along that may be slightly stronger or faster than the previous and you can head to the blacksmiths to get them if you feel like switching.

The game is a lot of fun I think, but it gets boring quite quick if you don’t have another 3 people to play it with. I really want to see what they introduce into the PSN version.

Is that Fist of the North Star game shown at E3 the one that was like Dynasty Warriors? It looks a lot different, and seems to be better.

It’s made by them but it’s more like a beatem up compared to DW. Supposed to have a much better battle system

All the xbox dlc is added into the ps3 version and the PS3 version has a volley ball minigame.

Finally finished Heavy Rain in one day. Don’t feel like going back completing the rest of the chapters to see how the event would’ve unfold. Great game.

Got a question for you guys. My DS3 controller seems to have stopped working, somehow. I came home from work right now and the indicator light was on, but the PS3 was unresponsive, and had to turn it off by hand. I’ve plugged up the DS3 to a data cable plugged into my computer, but I’m not getting any indication of it charging. Is there something I can do?

edit Opened it up, and apparently my kid spilled milk inside. And $50 just like that.

PS Plus Detailed

Ok, here are the basics of the new premium subscription service, PlayStation Plus:

* Launching on the 29th June
* The current PSN features will remain free. We are still very committed to PSN as a free gaming service and are certainly not planning on reducing this service following the launch of PlayStation Plus.
* Plus is an evolving service and the features included at launch will be:
      o Games
      o Discounts
      o Exclusive items on PlayStation Store
      o Full Game Trial
      o Automatic Downloads
        (More info on these below)
* Membership to Plus can be purchased through PlayStation Store on PS3 for either 90 days or a whole year (365 days)
* Local prices for membership can be found below, payment is a one off fee for either of the memberships and can be purchased with any of the current Store payment methods ? Credit Card or PSN Cards
* If you sign up between the 29th June and 3rd Aug for the 1 year subscription then you will also receive a downloadable copy of the original LittleBigPlanet game for PS3, completely free! This is yours to keep and is not tied to the period of subscription

It’s the Euro site so no mention of free access to Qore since it’s not even available there. Free downloadable copy of vanilla LBP to early Euro subscribers is kind of enticing though.

But considering everything else, as much as I purchase from the NA PS Store, I’m not gonna bite any time soon.

One of three things could change that though:

1. Make this plan apply across all the major PS Store regions (never gonna happen)
2. Sep’s idea to allow some sort of access to the video portion of the store (also unlikely)
3. Make subscription cards that retailers could discount at their discretion (plausible, but nothing planned at this time)

I was also under the impression that if you have PSN+ you can start a session of cross game chat with anyone. If the PSN+ user that started the session leaves, then the chat ends.

The big question is will PSN+ or/and will its contents be shareable?

Further down the post it clarifies that cross-game chat will not be included in Plus. Guess that leaves the chance they could still make that feature available to all PSN users.

Whao anyone have a link of this?! I had only heard rumors. Online twisted metal would be insane, and I was never a fan.
