My Aerodactyl’s Jolly, which also contributed to Fire Fang’s weakness…which is why I should probably stick a Life Orb or Choice Band on that sucker instead of Focus Sash.
That particular Metagross has a perfect speed IV to go along with his perfect attack, as well as 252 speed EVs.
Jolly decreases Special Attack though, and Fire Fang is a physical move. I think what happened was me putting all EV’s into its defenses to make it a better pokemon. 
Also note that it’s not a STAB move also.
What I meant by that was that it’s weaker because it isn’t Adamant. And yeah, lack of STAB and whatnot didn’t exactly help either.

Infernape is usually at Naive, don’t want his special attack shit. Lucario depends on Aura Sphere so adamant is bad for it…uh…gengar is usually timid (if you are going modest put a lot of EV’s in speed)
Tyran is adamant, and vap could be anything that reduces atk (probably modest)
Other than that I think it’s ok.
vaporeon is almost always bold to boost its rather sad defense (relaxed isnt bad either)
Lucario if its a swods dance variant is fine adamant
if its not a mixape (pure physical) jollys not bad, but mixape is definitely more deadly
Modest gengars are also great for the scarfgar
