I love EV training, just for that glorious +42 SP.ATK you get later when the Pokemon finally levels
it’s all about pokerus plus stat item, you get 10 points for a 1 point pokemon, 12 for a 2 point, and 14 for a 3 pointer.
I have a question. is my team good? I haven’t played with this team in awhile since I was using a totally different team in Soul Silver and I couldn’t trade back for awhile so i don’t remember where I put my EVs besides the main Attack stat or SP. Attack stat. Also, I’m completely unaware how IVs work. I just know that it is a lot luck. I’ll look it up on serebii though.
Male Adamant Electivire- 255 into attack- Earthquake/Cross Chop/Ice Punch/ThunderPunch
Female Modest Milotic- 255 into SP. Attack- Surf/Ice Beam/Toxic/Recover
Female Adament Tyranitar- 255 into Attack- Dragon Dance/Rock Slide/Earthquake/Dragon Claw
Female Adament Salamence- 255 into Attack- Dragon Claw/Earthquake/Dragon Dance/Stone Edge
Male Modest Magmortar-255 into SP. Attack- Fire Blast/Thunderbolt/Focus Blast/Hidden Power
Male Modest Lucario- 255 into SP. Attack- Vacuum Wave/Aura Sphere/Dragon Pulse/Dark Pulse
I was never really good at competitive Pokemon before, so I know this team may not be that good. I know that my Lucario should probably change one of it’s moves. I just don’t know which. Oh, and everyone with the exception of Electivire is holding Leftovers while he holds Expert Belt. I personally that my best Pokemon is Electivire. He covers a lot of types and even his own weaknesses if he isn’t killed first. 
Heatran fills Magmortar’s roles but does a better job, Vaporeon does the same to Milotic.
The team as a whole would probably still do fine competitively, but it could always be better.

It’s an ok team, needs some tweaking here and there.
Analysis:
The speed of this team isn’t particularly good, Milotic seems to be your only defense towards heavy hitters. While it is good that you can probably get off a MD boost off an incoming Tbolt, I wouldn’t be solely dependent on it (what your team kinda focuses on is that).
Lucario should not be holding leftovers, he is too frail to make any use of it. Give him specs/life orb instead, for better power. This also goes for Salamence and probably Magmortar, both are weak to S/R and cannot take much abuse. It’d be ideal to remove Magmortar for something like a wall breaker in Infernape, this gives you more speed/more neutrality to SR/better team player.
TTar doesn’t need Dragon Claw all that much, you have coverage for Dragon types on other pokemon. How about another STAB in Crunch or giving him a move off prediction (subs/taunt/focus punch). Stone Edge over Rock Slide, because Rock Slide not only has lower power but lower accuracy too.
Electrivire shouldn’t be your go-to guy, he’s good at exploiting weaknesses however is still easily walled by some of the best walls in the game (Hippodawn/Cressy/Forrettress/etc). Even Skarmory, with heavy investment towards DEF, can shrug off a Thunderpunch.
Milotic is more a defensive/stall pokemon, having her bold really helps her struggling defensive stat along with her ability. Rethink some the natures/EV investments you are running, not everything has to be adamant/modest for basic power. Jolly Meance helps with the speed issues of the team, for example. With one DD, he could even outspeed Scarfed pokemon.
If I play this game again I want to do an army of Charizards. And one Tyranitar or w/e it’s called
Rockslide has better accuracy then stone edge. 75 bp/90 acc compared too 100bp/80ac.
Salamence with leftovers is fine, because of intimidate, along with dragons resistances. Stealth rock is gay but not a reason to not have lefties on him.
Man, Raikou is annoying as hell to catch…Got him down to near death, just trying quick balls, dusk balls, ultra balls, nothing so far. Entei went in an Ultra Ball fine after my second attempt…though I’m sure that was just dumb luck.
Put a status effect on him? A good TWave or Spore might make that a bit easier. (spore way moreso, though)
magmortar can run a mixed set really well which heatran cannot.

Hey, anyone got that TRU Arceus? I got a few rare pokes I can offer up- Shiny Giratina, Lv1 Regigigas(from Japanese Movie Event), quite a few more Legendaries and Shinies as well (I’m very lucky when it comes to Shinies)… Just post in here or PM.
Small correction: there are 5 neutral natures. One for each stat that they simultaneously raise and lower.
It seems very dragon weak. If Kingdra/Salamence gets set up somehow (i.e. yache-DD), you’re kind of screwed. More concerning, however, is if you play with smogon tiers. Pure theorycraft, but it seems although Latias would absolutely demolish your team. Pretty much nothing on your team can revenge kill it. Even if you do wear it down and kill it, it looks like it may take down 2-3 of your pokes before actually dying, so definitely not a good trade off. It also looks like it would be walled very easily. In the end, there doesn’t seem to be any real synergy; its just a team of sweepers. However, it is a very good first attempt!
