haha yes it’s UU but a sub/nasty plot ver CAN bump it back up to OU status. Also garchomp is banned to Ubers so yeah Sala has gained the spotlight (also since Outrage/DD made it superior to D nite) and people use Flygon for a ground/dragon substitute
D-nite can make a comeback now.
Smogon totally rearranged the tiers sometime back, lots of pokemon that were seemingly BL got lowered to UU. I guess they felt that they needed more emphasis on just what is (or should be) BL and weeded out the rest.
When Salamence got Outrage, there’s was just no hope for Dragonite. Still, I’m glad Dragonite is getting these upgrades. It brings diversity to the metagame.
even then, salamence will still be preferred over dragonite i’m assuming. i guess it would be a good lategame sweeper, when all of his counters have been weakened or killed.

Dragonite could also function as an anti-lead now
I was really hoping for Rapid Spin on Miltank so that it would be able to hit ghost type spin blockers with it`s ability.

yeah I was hoping for all new move tutors but not surprising Gamefreak decided to just rehash crap and add in 15 new ones with only maybe 3-4 actually being useful

I am aware of that, but seeing how they created Ice Shard and other priority attacks as tutor moves they seem to be at least aware of the prevalence of these aggro speedsters dominating the metagame somewhat.

I hope they really got specific with the Pokemon that can learn Super Fang, I really don’t like the idea of Gliscors raping every potential counter + Stealth Rock.

STRING SHOT move tutor is just useless, I mean it makes no sense. Who’s gonna do that? Who’s idea was it to say “oh there needs to be a STRING SHOT tutor” out of hundreds of potentially better pkmn moves?!
Flareon just pisses me off. Gamefreak cares nothing for this pokemon, he’s been getting fucked over since R/B.

I’m just tired of GF being so lazy and coming up with the stupidest ideas sometimes. Every G they do some things right, and some bad. There’s no true consistency, some of our favorite pkmn are still getting screwed from decades ago.
I doubt that GF would care too much, since they know a lot of people will buy the game anyway.
