video of our battle Guru will be up and online in about 35 min

I’m pretty sure you’re wondering how much Skippy survived by from that S-Toss of yours

If you have two of the same Pokemon, and you know the other person your playing knows which Pokemon has what nickname, has anyone ever changed ones nickname to the other?

where do I get those pokemon trainer cards at?

pokecharms, just google it.

thank you.

Batteru!

I must learn to Rapid Spin or your Toxic Spikes will always overcome me. :china:

haha those spikes alone force blisseys to switch which I have learned is the key to taking them out…notice that you didn’t softboiled at all…same goes to Irioku thus Bliss become dead weight…but there’s more than one way to kill Blissey :wgrin:

I’m still looking for other strategies to use and mix it up…(since I know WS knows how to stomp my TS strategy)

Is anyone on? I could use some help getting Alakazam. :wgrin:

I’m going to start EV training my Kadabra

So far my moveset will go like this:

Psychic
Focus Blast
Trick
Energy Ball or Shadow ball

^Which one do I pick?

shadow hands down

energy ball imo!

Oh shit! I just realized that I used my Focus Blast tm on gengar already. I guess I’ll have to use shadow ball and energy ball. This could be a problem since I have no way to take down Weavile but I might get lucky with T-tar.

So I guess the new moveset will look like this:

Psychic
Energy ball
Shadow ball
Trick
:wonder:

Sweet, I’ll be viewing this in a couple of mins. Anybody on now I can jump on for a match or two,…

Trick works better on Alakazam, and thunderbolt has more coverage the energy ball…at least in the metagame. Sludge Bomb or Shadow Ball should always be in a gengar moveset STAB.

I didn’t know he could learn thunderbolt. I don’t have a team yet, but I’ll make one up real quick.

just seen the vid, nice battle. :stuck_out_tongue:

Nice! I guess teams are going to have to start having poison types to absorb the spikes or get a rapid spinner.

Problem with that is most poison types levitate, and the ones that don’t are quite UU. A spinner at best would provide coverage, either that or assualt his walls fast enough.

This means I may have to switch my team around a bit to include a spinner. Next gen they should have more spinners.

Forretress/starmie/donphan are 3 great spinners but I’d like to see a bit more. There’s other methods in taunting setups so they have to attack, depends on how the battle procceeds.

haha I guess this is what I should expect from posting up vids of my teams…to have the strategies deducted…what I love about that team is how very few weaknesses it has. but once you figure out how to stop the key to it…I’d then have to figure out another strategy. It’s fine, I’m thinking up new ones  only reason it has worked is the spikes make it really easy to take out Blissey. Even Cleric ones have to fear taking a physical hit in order to do it.
