Oh, you know Gondee?? Gondee was my nigga! We tore up SSX3 online back in it’s early days. We lost touch and linked back up on Tekken Zaibatsu of all places. Back during the early DR days. He was interested in picking up Anna, iirc. Apparently he was always a big Tekken head. Lost touch again after a while. Had no idea he was still around (and the admin of merqurycity, at that). I thought he had moved on from games.

You need to get U3 back, though. Get your money’s worth on that DLC at least. It’s not a good look to just throw $25 to the cascading winds. ESPECIALLY if what that $25 bought is supreme-quality content.

I’m straight ass at SSX. Never tried the series before but I always wanted to since snowboarding looked kinda sweet to me. That Naruto game demo is out too. I kinda like it. Chances are I won’t buy it though.
I switched to the new control scheme in SSX and the games growing on me really fast now. This set up makes a lot of sense if you just completely fucking ignore the right stick. You also spin faster on this set up as opposed to the classic one. Games clicking with me now.
New control scheme would be good if you could spin with left d-pad. I find that I actually spin faster with classic controls as opposed to the new shit.
At first I set the controls to use the right stick. Gonna retry the demo with the buttons instead.
NIce. I haven’t heard much of Multilingual VA, except for in Tekken. But, in Tekken, it’s not authentic, because Nina can talk in english and Kazuya in japanese, yet they perfectly understand each other.

She’s bought quite a few that I’ve barely touched and then gotten rid of, so she’s kinda iffy when I say I’m really going to play something for any length of time.

I sold my UC3 to my boy, who actually asked me tonight if I wanted it back. So might do that. And yea, it was hella stupid of me to basically “pre-order” in full loads of content that I’m unable to use because I got rid of game. I wouldn’t mind running matches in it again. Was just thinking about it the other day. Maybe just get it back after FR next weekend. That way ill just have a rotation of SSX, UC3, and I really want to co-op and finish Borderlands before 2 comes out.
