^Sheeeeit, people really don’t know what they’re missing… Modnation was and still is legendary…tracks, cars and characters can always be different, due to how incredibly deep the customization is. It is truly one of the greatest games of all time for me. Besides the customization factor, it’s just fun to play with great controls, and a nice sense of speed, cool weapons, etc. There’s also interesting strategy involved with the kart settings (+ 1 speed for me, at least most of the time…and either +1 drift or +1 handling… I never went +2 in any of the stats since it took too much away from the other one, imo.) and the aforementioned weapons…each of them having different versions depending on the level of the weapon.
The thing I’m really excited for though is the Vita version. Even if Vita had absolutely nothing else going for it besides impressive tech specs/power… I’d still get it just for the fact that Modnation (a proper version…disregard the previous PSP one) is portable with that. No other kart racer could possibly come close, ever. Mario Kart? Haha, nigga please…get outta here with that. Modnation holds that championship belt now.
Heh, I spent some time with the demo over this week. Pulled a real dick move: powered up the missiles to level 3, pulled a 180 and parked, then just unloaded that massive volley of con-trailing death right at oncoming racers, Macross-style. Sure, I came in 5th, but it was worth it.

2012 is gonna be a mad casual year for gaming for me. Competitive gaming is losing it’s lustre for me. For fighters I’ll probably be doing all my gaming online-only. SC5, MK9, VF5, and Skullgirls only. Dropping Ultimate, don’t give a shit about Tekken, I stopped caring about BlazBlue after CS2, SF4AE2012… lol. That’s it for fighters, I think, besides that steampunk game that I just heard of a few weeks back. I love me some steampunk (those of you that have watched my streams have seen my background wallpaper and slideshows), but I don’t know about that game. They need to drop a legit trailer soon.
Is ANYBODY hype for SC5?

Even popped it in.
I made it past two load screens.
They were like twenty minutes.
I decided to wait for a patch.
And forgot about it.

I’m going to spend the rest of my evening playing Uncharted 3 and/or on Netflix. Valkyria chronicles stream may happen tomorrow. Haven’t really been in a streaming mood as of late, but we’ll see…

Overall it seems to be a much meatier package(x-factor lv. 3 no homo) than pacman ce… CE didn’t hold my attention past the first week… will I feel the same about DX?
EDIT: Is KOF XIII online still total asscheeks? I really want this game, just been using the demo tutorial as a bootleg training mode for Kyo since he’s my main in every KOF game…

I don’t think it was actually cancelled, Gamestop just cancelled pre-orders because Last Guardian doesn’t have a firm release date anymore. Still, that’s not a good sign.
