So my brother is on that Xbox status now, and he didn’t care much for his PS3 anymore so I offered to take it. Got a new PSN account and got it online (for free).
My brother didn’t have a lot of fighting games other than VF5 ver A., Vanilla SF4, and SCIV, so I popped in Soul Calibur and went online with it. Online on PSN is definitely not as bad as I remember it. The couple of matches I played were very smooth, and the button lag was minimal. Can’t believe I threw down $60 bucks for a damn Gold subscription just to have the exact same experience.
Planning on trading in my Xbox copies of UMVC3, MVC3, and SSF4, to get a copy of KOFXIII. Think this’ll be enough or will I still end up paying out of my pocket? I’m completely broke so I’m hoping I won’t.

KOF XIII retails for $50. So unless there’s some kind of Gamestop trade-in promo going on, I’m afraid it doesn’t look good. Of all three titles, I’d say you’d be lucky to get $20 for Ultimate. And if that’s vanilla Super you’ve got, it might fetch you $10 at most.
That sucks. Looks like I’ll have to throw in some accessories then.
