I don’t know, for me, Final Fantasy VI has a sort of “you had to be there” to fully appreciate it (i.e., you have to compare it to when it came out). It was one of the last big games of the SNES era that I remember playing. Final Fantasy VI was the first FF game that I played, so I admit that there is a lot of nostalgia when I think back on it, but when it came out, I was all over that shit. With that said, I’ve been able to enjoy most Final Fantasy games since then, so I personally can’t decide which one I consider the best of the ones I’ve played.

Hella late to the party, but just rented vanilla Red Dead Redemption. I don’t ike these sandbox games (Yakuza gets by mainly b/c of the combat system), but I love the spaghetti-western setting. Riding across a desolate, barren landscape is more appealing to me than wading through crowded urban streets shrug Next time I see the GOTY version on sale I’m definitely copping it.
EDIT: Just watched that EventStatus vid. My favorite part was where he sides with the MegaMan fanboys & SF scrubs, the two biggest cesspools of self-entitled retardation on Capcom-Unity.
yea, the tourney comment can go either way with me but after seeing Viscant win in MvsC3, I gave up tourneys all together, lol.
I don’t know man. Seeing Flocker go nuts on people with his Zero was awesome at Seasons Beatings and it was nice that he won it.
I’m starting think EventStatus isn’t that knowledgeable about the fighting scene. Looked at some of the comments and he hasn’t really put up much of an argument against the tourney situation.

I’ve been catching up on a lot of PsOne classics lately I meant to download. Goddamn I forgot how awesome Dino Crisis 2 was.
The only FF game I played was 7 and shut the game off after that one hooker got stabbed by Sephiroth. I pretended that was the end of the game. Sorry, but I don’t see why people cream their pants over Final Fantasy all the time. I’m not trying to troll, either.
I just got a Move and Navigation controller because it was half price, the funny thing is it’s essentially a Wii Motion Plus with a light on top, what sucks was when I tried to use it for Marvel (because that would be funny) I realized the 2 controllers CANNOT work in tandem unless the specific game calls for it. LAME.
Idk, I just cant take people seriously as gamers when they make statements like these…especially with “that one hooker” “only played 1 game of the series”
