Sounds like just about every other fighting game netcode. Some people have said it’s out right unplayable. Some say it’s so good it’s like playing offline. Others say it’s quite playable at 3 bars and so on and so on. Reminds me of when people were talking about UMVC3’s netcode. Some said it was improved, others say it’s worse than MVC3. I haven’t tried online yet since I’m still working on my team.
Just play against players who have 4-5 bars only, KoF 13 has an option to let u get matched against players with high connection strength doesn’t it?
Some people say the PS3 version players can use custom soundtracks on KoF 13…have you tried it yet?

Yea KoF 13 uses custom soundtrack, never tried it with a game before so will see how KoF 13 uses it.
It’ll just play whatever track you selected over every track in the game. Main menu, training, mission, arcade, whatever.
I was watching the option select stream I think it was and this dude would build up a huge combo with Firebrand, TAC into Frank, take a photo into super, then pseudo DHC glitch back into Firebrand’s power up super which causes a hard knockdown, hard tag into Frank and take another photo–>super and he’d be at level 4. Gonna try this out later with Wolverine or Ryu, should be interesting.
UMvC3’s netcode is a lot better than original MvC3’s. 4 and 5 bar connection’s are typically pretty great. Don’t play in lobbys with more than 3-4 people unless you like spec lag. KOFXIII uses the same netcode as KOFXII and everyone said it was terrible. Who knows though, maybe they’ll pull a Namco and release a patch making the netcode go from shit to pretty good like they did with Tekken 6.
Double posting to say that with the discounts going on, Section 8: Prejudice is only 7$+some change. Game is an amazing FPS and has a Plat for those who care. Don’t sleep on this game, it’s probably the best FPS game I’ve played in the past two years and I’ve played them all.
Dungeon Hunter: Alliance is on discount too for pretty cheap and is a pretty fun hack and slash action RPG. Definitely worth it as well.

I didnt take advantage of that b2g1 at gamestop really cause there wasnt much I wanted, Im already getting gears 3 and uncharted 3 for $30 on BF. My friend is letting me borrow Batman…nothing else “newer” I wanted that I didnt have already.
