Yes, if there is anything keeping me from buying skumgirls, its the character art. its just unappealing, as someone who doesn’t care for blocky anime characters with 1:3 head to body ratios. keep your pointy chins and huge eyes, but just know you’re cutting off a large part of your potential user base going that way.
so i was able to fix my ps3 today. did a reflow and applied new thermal paste. backed up my games to a USB flash drive for the time being. I have an external but its to big to format to FAT32. any advise to get my hard drive to format?

Played some Peace Walker for a few hours, I like it. It’s reminding me a bit of MGS3 which is great. I’m gonna play the shit out of it tomorrow, just going to focus on the main missions before I do any more side missions.
Yep, I had the same thoughts a long time ago. The game is destined to horrible sales based on aesthetics alone. Jaxelrod from 8wayrun basically said the same thing as well. Character designs look pretty wacky too, they make Twelve and Necro look like normal characters.
Opinions of Skullgirls is good and all, but I just want to clarify that the art style is NOT anime style. It’s almost nothing like it.
Moving on, does anyone still play Modnation? Trying to get an SRK race series going. Was playing it a little while ago while the Sonic R OST was playing. So good, so fun.
Slutgirls would be okay if the character design didn’t totally fucking suck.
Beyond having Big Boss as the main character, I don’t see what else can be compared…

Once you grind for enough (good) troops, you can make stuff like laser machine guns with shotgun attachment… but you’ll probably beat the (main) game before that happens…
There’s the honored tradition of a torture scene in the game like always…
I really want to play this with two joysticks… that in itself my make me buy it, but I like playing PSP on the go…
But there is stuff you feel you should be able to do but can’t due to the one joystick control scheme…
Hey, check out the application fat32format- it allows you to format disks beyond the typical size limitations of fat32. It’s a very small application run from prompt. Basically to use it, all you do is:
Click Start, Run, type CMD then hit ok, browse to the directory where you have the application, and type “fat32format x:”, where x is the drive letter you want to format.
This will, of course, wipe everything on that drive, so keep that in mind.
opinions on Uncharted 3?
just completed it and thought it was absolutely amazing, but failed to outshine UC2. only two complaints is the aiming system feels “off” and the gameplay kinda loses steam in the final few chapters (though I’ve noticed this in the whole trilogy).
PSN store credit? Since when?

Apparently it can be used for games, too. I can’t confirm it personally as I haven’t received mine (yet?), but a few friends said it works for both.
