I usually have trouble with mail orders for some reason. Always a hiccup. And for XIII, nothing is going to stop me from picking that shit up at midnight on the 22nd and keeping my gf awake. I just hope they actually have a midnight release or that the shipment makes it. Gamestop will fuck up your dreams. That’s why I try not to dwell on too many titles or get hype for them nowadays because I know I went through hell to get Basara 3 because two GStops didn’t even know what the fuck it was and others didn’t get in the SIX COPIES that they were expecting to receive. And KOF isn’t that big so I would’ve assumed the same fate if only they didn’t have a pre-order bonus for it.

Black Friday is bringing out the best in these sellers. I’ve heard reports of Arkham City and UC3 selling at Wal-Mart and Best Buy (respectively) for around $30.
I don’t want to be out in the morning with all those clowns though. Does Amazon price match? Please tell me Amazon price matches. If so, how can I get in on that when the time is right?

The last time I went to Black Friday…it was single digit degrees, and me and my brother almost got robbed twice in front of the store.

There were some shady kids rubbing across other people doing that pickpocketing other people behind us.
I wanted to bail…but my brother told me to stop being a bitch and get what we came here for (we drove far).
So when one of them were coming our way…we gave them that “we will fucking eat you” look.
They didn’t come our way again that night…and they got arrested afterwards.
That sucks. Won’t that make things a bit more annoying for tournament organizers for games with DLC?

I bought the MGS HD Collection, Brutal Legend for 7$ used(rented and beat it a long time ago, for 7$ I wanted it in my collection. Pretty sweet game.) Far Cry 2 for 15$ used(I’ve heard mixed reviews about this game, but at that price, I’m willing to take a gamble) and I got Vanquish for free. When I go to pickup UMvC3 I’m most likely going to buy Transformers: War for Cybertron at 20$ new, I rented it a long time ago and loved it, I only finished 1/2 of the campaign because I was playing too much multiplayer. Game blew my expectations away, it shits on the majority of third person shooters out there. Awesome campaign, awesome multiplayer. I hope a lot of people are still playing when I buy it.
I have a decent backlog now, I still have Ico to playthrough at some point. Hopefully once that 6$ promotion goes through, I’ll nab Superstars V8 Racing off of PSN and will have that to play. Gonna try to play some Peace Walker/MGS3 before UMvC3 comes out, because I know that will be all I want to play when I get my hands on it.
I saw it at Best Buy for 30$, everywhere else it’s still 40$. I’d say now’s the time to bite, the game is amazing. Best TPS I’ve played in a long time, plus the graphics are some of the best I’ve ever seen from the Unreal 3 engine.
Way too much for how hard that game tanked. Not paying more than $20.
Walmart already has the best deal going right now where if you get Arkham City you get Arkham Asylum packaged with it for free.

I picked up the MGS HD collection & another game from Kmart and got the $15 coupon back, used 2 $20 I already had. Probably play it later today, got to find out the canon order first. More than likely use the $15 on Rayman Origins next week.

I will play them in that order, the cover has the release order. I knew MGS3 took place before MGS2, I wasn’t sure on Peacewalker.
