Indeed. On one hand, it was great since I didn’t want inFamous 2, nor did I plan on paying for Plus service just to get into a beta. But on the other hand, this is happening. My expectations were falling anyway, since Uncharted is now trying to be like COD or something. However, I did want to play and find out for myself just how much things had changed since the golden days of Uncharted 2’s beta.
I’m not too excited about Kickbacks, Power Plays, gun mods, etc. Hell, I didn’t even like having boosters in Uncharted 2. Hopefully there will be a gametype where you’re stuck with standard loadouts of the AK-47, pistol, grenade, and no boosters, kickbacks, power plays, etc. But I fear that’s just a dream right now. Still, I’m sure the new features of the multiplayer will appeal to a broader audiance. Could be fun. Who knows.
Oh, and my Yakuza peeps… Can I get 100% completion in more than 1 playthrough? I stopped playing at the beginning of the game because I ran out of money with Akiyama. Couldn’t finish the dating, gambling, massage parlor, and other little sidequests because of it.
If I can New Game+ that shit and finish it all up when I have more money, I can finally continue the game.

Lol, he wasn’t gay. Kanji was just afraid of having a convo with bitches because he was scared to show his soft side (sewing, crafts, etc). His shadowed embodied that feminine part.
Yosuke was my nigga tho. The people I really fucked with in P3 was Akihiko, Mitsuru, and Koromaru. I don’t like Junpei as much as everyone else. P3’s Protagonist was butt tbh.

bleh, i can connect now but can’t find a game and why can’t i play as my baby girl, elena? total sausage party up in this piece.
i am pretty sure you can get almost everything done in one playthrough. i dunno about trophies, but to complete all the sidequests/submissions/challenges, you can get them done in the end game when you get back control of everyone (sorry for minor spoiler, but i think with that, you’ll understand why).
but 100%ing the game… good luck. if you have the willpower to get the challenges done, i’ll be super impressed.
Managed to get past the title screen in UC3, the menus look slick and the customization is pretty neat. Gotta complete certain challenges to unlock accessories, yadda yadda. You’ve got your loadout which consists of your main gun, side arm, two booster slots, and a kickback, whatever that is. Anyways, just wanted to share that with you guys, gonna be MIA while I grind out games.
Edit: Apparently no one is playing right now, sadface.

Got past title screen a few times and just started up co-op with some friends since we couldn’t find any competetive matches. However, about 5 minutes into each co-op, everyone gets booted one by one or freezes altogether. I’ve restarted my system 16 times due to this. About to give it another go and see what happens. I’ve only played about 15 minutes total through all the scattered co-ops I’ve tried to run. Too early to form an impression just yet.
Edit: In after 2 more restarts. Looks like we’re finding players now.
I froze too. I’m waiting until they get that dealt with before jumping back in. Restarting constantly is lame.
Is there anyway to change the background on your UC3 emblem. I hate this dusty ass yellow.
I forgot 5 came out… There’s one I didn’t play… and yes, 4 sucked cocks.
Wow…u3…I can’t put my finger on exactly how, but the graphics are somehow better. I love how there’s jagged plumes of smoke when grenades explode now. Fuckin’ NICE use of particle effects. I player a couple minutes of free-for-all before it froze. Nasty thing about when it starts, you think you’re in a safe spot, so you crouch and see if anyone runs by…then you swing the camera around and notice that right behind you is a wide-open view of the stage, and anybody can just come along and kill you. I didn’t see much free for alling, just random niggas running like hell while other players tried to kill them. No standing shootouts like in U2, ending in both players dead. I couldn’t find any victims, but I had other players accidentally run their targets right into me for easy kills. I was already gonna day 1 this bitch, and this confirms it.
Almost made it through a match. Almost. Game feels slower compared to Uncharted 2. Aiming is a bit funny as well. I’m not liking this so far, but we’ll see after I manage to make it through a few rounds without freezing.
