Yeah that remote play thing looks pretty good. Seems to be a nice step up from the one on PS3. Gives people an excuse to get Vitas as well.

I finally have a use for all those free Vita games from Plus :lol:. Odd that this was revealed to a market that largely consumes mobile games though. Everything about it seems like it’s tailored towards Westerners.

I-no confirmed pretty sealed the deal on me getting a PS4, all my buddies can play it on PS3 for awhile. Jesus christ if that shit has cross platform play too I’m done, roll with those punches Sony and show us what’s good at TGS.

Had some real life things to take care of and no Y5 has my ps3 collecting dust but good to know Ico will be free in a few weeks.

Yakuza Ishin looks amazing. It seems Sega JP did a poll to see which Yakuza characters would make it in the new game. That is why we see Goro,Akiyama,Saejima etc. Hell even Ryuji Goda and the boss Mine from Y3 is in here…levels of hype just can’t contain it.

Sega is still taking down Yakuza 5 videos, that is why KHH subs have not translated the game in english yet. They truly believe Y5 is still going to make it to the west. Also fun fact…Y2 actually took TWO years to make it here. We are probably looking at another budget release. Sega representitives honestly don’t know much on Sega JP dealings. They have been wrong a few times tbh. Also Y5 is the best selling Yakuza in Japan in years. And even Y4 sold just as much as Ni No Kuni yet it’s considered a failure? Dem Sega accountants lol.

That being said…Ishin apparently is coming to the west according to a Neogaf member.

This game coming to the west makes sense since it focuses on a Japanese historical figure and isn’t a direct sequel. A good place to start for new Yakuza fans. The character models seem to be reused assets from the new Y5 engine on PS3. But the BG textures look vastly superior to anything on the ps3. Guess it is a way for Sega to save money. I also find it shocking Ishin will be on BOTH PS3 and PS4.

New GG looks amazing and being confirmed on PS4 will definitely push consoles. Deep down looks like a next gen dragons dogma/dark souls.

Edit: Apparently Vita bundled with the tv add on is only 140 bucks in Japan??? Why do I feel like NA isn’t getting a deal like that…
