Golden State Warriors star guard Stephen Curry is poised to go from being one of the NBA’s most underpaid players to a contract that will pass the $200 million threshold thanks to the NBA’s new collective bargaining agreement, according to league sources. Anthony Davis injured. If he was on the Rocket’s they’d be unstoppable with the way they’re sinking baskets. They could use some extra D and he wouldn’t mess with the high-scoring DNA of the team.

I honestly don’t think New Orleans will manage to keep him past his rookie contract. They’re too shit and he’s too good.

He’s already past his rookie contract. He had the largest contract in the league before Conley signed his.

That’s the reality of being restricted FAs after the rookie deal expires. Some guys are basically locked in for 6-7 years before they have a choice. Guys like Gordon Hayward tried to leave their teams, to no avail.

Defense is the biggest issue, I went to the Lakers-Rockets game and that shit was embarrassing. A lot of people blamed Byron for our bad defense last season but right now were 29th in defensive efficiency and have been around that all year.

That a personnel problem and not coaching, the only one of our guards that plays defense is Swaggy P which is a bad sign and on offense our bench constantly out plays the starters.

It’s really hard to stop the Rockets scoring as they’re always looking layup or take 3s and don’t mind passing assists. We (Rockets) have no D though, you just need to grab the missed 3s and score yourself
