Some states prosecute domestic violence cases regardless of whether the victim wants to testify. Texas being a prime example. If Nevada is one of those states, the. They could most definitely prosecute on the video alone.

For some reason I thought it happened in Vegas. But the second part is mainly why texas ain’t having this shit be at the discretion of the wife. As it is, domestic violence calls are the worse since wives are unpredictable. It’s hard to be surprised by watching his wife stand by him.
its not going to go away. the nfl is acting like this footage was under fort knox and tmz is just feely showing this off. this is a big scandal, ray rice told his side of the story and the nfl heard it and gave him a tap on the wrist. now that the full video is out, it looks as though they didnt give a shit about her. As well if tmz got the footage, a giant worldwide company like the nfl should have easily been able to see it and they claim they never had it nor did the jersey police want to give it to them.
now jersey is saying they didnt have it and the nfl was lying. this is a big issue. nfl wants to cover its tracks and pretend they had no idea what happened and that they didn’t know ray went all rocket punch on his wife.
