Maclin was a Free Agent and they didn’t want to match KC’s 11 Million Per Year offer.

Problem becomes where do you find new WRs to replace him, aside from the draft? And when they get there, will Riley Cooper try to fight them?

Because if you’re going firesale you might as well start from the complete ground up. Idk if Brees has enough years in him to wait for the team to rebuild unless their FO is absolutely on point with talent scouting.
