He has been complete hot garbage since he got hurt three years ago. Everytime he’s on the field, good things happen to the other team and there’s three blown coverages a game.

Eh he does that sometimes. There’s a good Jay and a bad Jay. Good Jay is actually elite. He doesn’t show up too often but when he does there’s not much you can do about it.
At least Romo bungled away a game again. I thought it was very strange he didn’t manage to lose last week, that’s why I picked against the Cowboys this week. And lo and behold, Romo performed his usual game losing turnover. Now if Romo starts leading game winning drives against good teams in big situations, makes the playoffs, keeps playing well and wins an SB? Well that’s when I’m going to run up all of my credit and live it up, because I know the world is about to end.

What good does that do? I don’t want the Eagles to go to the playoffs. Just be exciting and maybe go on a 4 game winning streak to end the season and have some players step up on defense and show that they can be good players.

And billy davis is just a transition DC. He’s there to transition the defense from a 4-3 to a 3-4. Next year, he’ll be gone for the guy the eagles really want. Along with most of the other scrubs in the secondary too.

I was wondering if anyone else was watching the NBC stream. Did you guys have audio sync issues? Suddenly it would skip and then the audio would be a second or more behind the video.
I remember when they used to play football in bad weather.
Now they take the players and coaches off the field, and just leave the fans in shitty weather.

Well unfortunately, because of how shitty the NFC East is, the Eagles aren’t getting a high draft pick short of trading for it. They’ll get wins in the division at the least.
So if we’re not going to get a great pick, then I want a Wild Card birth so Chip can get a taste of how the NFL Playoffs can be. Remember, this year is a learning experience for him as well.
It’s one or the other. I don’t want a 6-10 or 7-9 season where we gained absolutely nothing. Either get max experience or best draft position.
