When you allow 83 points in two games, and you’re on defense, don’t speak unless it’s “To all Giants fans, I’m sorry”.
My favorite part is when he’s talking about the players not having discipline problems, and that they’ll perform on the field. You give up 4 TDs in 8 minutes to blow the Eagles game and you wanna say you don’t have discipline problems? Really nigga? Just because you don’t throw your guns up in the club or get caught driving drunk or banging 16 year old hookers doesn’t mean you don’t have a discipline problem. Clearly this team had discipline problems ON the field, and this kind of finger pointing and post season mouthing off has happened every year since they won the Super Bowl. A new head coach isn’t going to fix that.
Shows how few impact safeties there are in the league right now when a player like him can get that big of a contract. He’s definitely worth less than that, and his attitude doesn’t help any. Polamalu, Reed, and a healthy Bob Sanders. I can’t think of any other players worth that much money, tbh.
Al Davis is insane, The Raiders will be awful as long as his cyborg body is still active.
Predictions.
Steelers vs. Jets - I’d love to see the Jets take it because I LOATHE the Steelers, specifically Roethlisberger, but I just don’t see it happening frankly so I’ll grudgingly pick the Steelers.
Packers vs. Bears - Packers are my team, but I didn’t even call them making it past wild card this year so I’m still kind of stunned. Then again I didn’t really see the Bears getting this far either. I’ll stick with my team here. Packers all the way.
Going by that and assuming Packers/Steelers superbowl, I want to say Packers not just because they’re my team but because their D line has been playing AMAZINGLY lately.
Dare we go back to the Lane Kiffin fiasco? Talk about Al Davis living in a time warp, dude was using AN OVERHEAD PROJECTOR during that press conference. I felt like I was in 6th grade watching that shit.
Weren’t the Raider actually good this season? I mean they went 6-0 in the conference and ended up being 8-8.
Look on the bright side Oakland’s fans. At least he isn’t Donald Sterling.
I dunno if you can go as far as saying they were GOOD, considering 6 of 8 wins came from a weak division. Chargers have nobody but Rivers with all their injuries, Denver was so ass that Tebow started for them, and the Chiefs were badly outmatched once they made it to the playoffs. Better than recent years? Sure. GOOD, I dunno about that.
And yes Donald Sterling far exceeds Al Davis as a bad owner. At least Al Davis USED to be the shit like 30-40 years ago.
There two other wins were …
Drum roll please.

Al Davis gives state of the Raiders - NFL - Yahoo! Sports
he truly scares me. no wonder the raiders have been so bad lately…
How come Al Davis always is wearing Band-Aids? Does he fall a lot due to his mummification?
Little of column A and column B, imo. It must be really REALLY hard not to hit that guy sometimes.
I guess we now know why Haynesworth didn’t get up and GET’EMMMMMMMMMMMM. He wanted to JOIN’EMMMMMMMMMMM.

The very last part of this was funny as hell.
Is it sunday yet…
lol…
Does anyone know where I can find complete games? I really want to re-watch that Packers/Falcons game…
steelers and packers movin on callin it
I really hope the Packers, being a relatively young team with just a couple veteran guys who’ve been to the Super Bowl, don’t start buying into the hype about how good they are. They haven’t since last season’s ARI/GB Wild Card game (that’s when people really started to look at the Packers as a Super Bowl darkhorse contender), but I’m still leery…
Chicago, despite being one of the luckiest teams in football, has a very strong defense and Devin Hester always threatening a big return. All Cutler needs to do is not singlehandedly lose the game for them, and they can compete with anyone. The Packers, also with a strong defense, needs to have a great showing from Rodgers & Co. as we’ll often start drives from the 5-10 yard line as our Special Teams unit is terribad.
