A talented player who won in the regular season also winning in the postseason.
If Tony Romo has the skills the wins will come or they won’t. Judging singular players by wins and losses is bad enough but to have 2 games define a person’s career is ludicrous. -Romo had TO. Jason Witten. A great offensive line. And a supposed “genius” of an OC. Oh yeah, a great running game. 3 years in a row. You also had Lord Parcells one of those years. When (or if) Romo does this, we will think differently. Until then, he’s a backup in a starters position. Don’t just look at stats, look at how his team responds to him and how he can lead his team to victory. Eli has already proven he can. What Eli did in 1 playoff run, Romo has yet to even scratch the surface. Any NFL Head Coach would rather have a proven winner vs a stat guy who loves the limelight over working hard w/his teammates.
