Seriously, just bring the old format back. We got the athletic potential and young stars who want to do it. Just ban non-people props and limit it to two attempts max for each dunk.
If the competitors can’t bring the contest back with those rules it doesn’t deserve to live.
i still say they should somehow create a side contest with streetballers. i mean these nba dudes have been rippin them off for years in the dunk contest, its time to let them get some real shine.
To be honest Vince Carter ruined the dunk contest years ago. The only player who kept it relevant was Jason Richardson a decade ago.

NBA thanks for fucking up the dunk contest. Shit was so disorganized, I think even wall, PG, and ross thought they were going to dunk again. Usually they save the best dunk for last. 1 dunk per person is shit to comprehend their talent.
