As a huge penny fan… Probably still Grant Hill. Penny in Orlando after Shaq was a disaster, with or without him healthy. Grant Hill was drafted to a team that had championship pedigree.
Injuries robbed the world of two potentially great futures. Sad that there is a generation where people will remember them as role players on average teams.

It’s team dependent. Grant Hill could stuff a stat sheet across the board, but wasn’t a ‘dominating force’ in my opinion…like a Pippen I’ve mentioned him too much lately. Hell, I could actually compare the two via Wade & LBJ with GH being LBJ and Penny being Wade. I just think Penny could do better as ‘the man’ than GH, but GH would be able to get more rings.
But I can pick an easier way to settle that one…
I remember in high school, I bought both Camby’s Toronto jersey (#21) and Garnett’s Twolves jersey (#21) and was KILLIN the game with those two. I still love the Raptor jerseys, they’ve always been awesome to me (I admit I’m partial to dinosaurs and the color purple shrug)
