About the sweep on Rufus wake up, while I don’t do this myself, I speculate Luffy uses it not because he expects it to hit, but for the knockback when blocked. Would give Rose that much more of the stage to work with.

gs luffy, that match vs marn, imo, could of gone either way. and I know it’s been said a million times, and everyone knows it, but that U2 is soooo stupid. pretty much once your at a certain amount of life, if he throws it out theres no way to stop it, you’re gonna get chipped to death. Is it even possible to hit him out of it?

good job Luffy! The match vs Marn’s Rufus you did as well as I expected. But the match vs LordDVD was fantastic! I know how hard that Honda matchup is and you have seemed to progressed in that matchup. I know you can ex soul spiral blocked headbutts (except maybe jab) standing up which is something you could have done. I know you must be really happy with that win. Congratulations Luffy! Too bad you aren’t going to Evo :sad:

You can only punish HP Headbutt with ex spiral, but since MP HB is likely similar, you really cant know :(.

Just Ultra 1.

I thought Ultra 2 -> EX spiral would work, but BBT is totally immune to projectiles until Rufus’s recovery, so it’s basically the same as just doing EX spiral by itself.

I’m no art, but its all dependent on spacing mang. Canceling a max range c.mp into hk drill is safe on block and you can somewhat continue pressure if your opponent isn’t on the ball. It feels like -0,-1, or -2 most of the time.

yea i’m from england and i play a bison in ny quite regularly. although the connection is playable, small things add up to it being really frustrating, and in the end these small problems can be the difference between winning and losing. input drops, links are not consistent, plus it’s an absolute bitch trying to tech bison’s forward dash into throw.
