Looks kind of good for that character in particular though since random super -> teleport -> midscreen loop looks buff.

I should be there like 1:30 ish today.
Suppose to be there at noon, but I got home at 2:30 this morning and I was DONE.
So yeah, see everyone there.
So we got like 8 people for the tournament. Not bad for the first time around.
I managed to get second, though some people think I shouldn’t have.
I lost to a Kamui the first round, and pretty badly.
So then I get my way to losers finals, and beat the SAME Kamui two in a row clean, only to revert back to regular BLANK MIND RETARDO POWARS Chibi and lose the next two after that (3 out of 5 for LF). The shit literally goes down to the final round, which I manage to win.
Arturo recorded me saying this to camera, and some of you saw this coming a mile away anyway, but I’ll say it again just once more so I’ll never say it again:
I DO NOT RESPECT ANYONE WHO PLAYS KAMUI AT ALL, IN THE SLIGHTEST.
Yeah I’m asking for torture by picking Fiona. Yeah I’ve only been playing the game for a week. Yeah I still suck, bad, I’ve yet to get Fiona’s basic BnB down. But the literal SIX DIFFERENT FUCKING KAMUI’S I PLAYED TODAY CAN GO FUCK THEMSELVES.
Hell, I played Kamui for like 6 matches, just to see she works, and that bitch really is mindless. I mean I didn’t know before, but just spending 15 minutes playing her was enough to realize how utterly fucking stupid she is. How do you people even enjoy playing the game with her? She makes 3S Chun-Li look like fucking Mardi Gras, and that’s an understatement.
Yes, I know she’s beatable, and with time I’ll know how to GC properly and not to constantly jump in on her (which is just asking for it, you’ll see Arturo guard break me over and over because of this, as none of the Kamuis save Tian’s did this, and well it’s been a week), but god damn it’s like everything she has is safe.
I mean I thought Tian vs Art would be a cool thing to see, but now I’d rather rip out my eyes from their sockets, stomp on them, and hang myself.
So yeah, fuck everyone last one of you Kamui players.

Konoha I can take. Konoha is annoying, but she’s got so much shit to work with. It doesn’t feel like a lost cause playing against her, even when she does that long ass block string (2abc,236a, etc etc).
Kamui makes me want to pull out whatever little hair I have left on my head.
I’m in the same boat with Chibi concerning Kamui. Of all the Kamuis I’ve played today, I only felt that Arturo deserved to play her. The reast were just playing her because shes insta-top tier. I REALLY believe I’m good at this game, I really do. The only thing thats stopping me though is the stupid stuff a noob player can do with Kamui. I’ve played Kamuis who literally mash their combos and end up getting dumb damage off of me. It makes me want to punch somebody when I play somebody who isn’t nearly as good as me, yet can win like I’m a freaking cakewalk. I didn’t want to play Arcana for this ish.
It doesn’t help that I play possible low-tier technical character Yoriko, whos stuff seems almost impossible to get out at times. She has to freaking poke thats fast enough to counter a Kamui constantly poking you with her block strings. To mak matters worse, she really doesn’t have a combo starter, for its all based on the situation. Too much ish to worry about when you play with her, when I could be dominating the scene if only I had picked Brain Dead. Want to know what really got me pissed? I play a guy who uses Kamui, and iis kicking my tail all across the playing field. I do my uppercut super, and link it with qcf+a into another super. Now, you can recover like 5 seconds before you get that close to the ground where I can link you. This man was that oblivious of teching, yet he could whopp me because he picked that woman.
I just wish this ish was closer to me so I could train in it a lot more often. When you’ve got a guy who plays Kamui AND plays more than you, it becomes kinda broken as to what the odds are of you winning. But hey, I had fun today. I got to play some Arcana, got out the house, experienced VS with JeRoN, and got to meet a couple of SRKers (JustinW for the second time).

Lol, here, Kamui, Konoha, and Kira are enough for me to not play until the patch/revision comes out. I’m seriously sick of playing against them. The game is fun when its played normally, but when ONLY broke stuff is used, then it kinda loses its “fun”-ness. Only broke can beat broke, and everyone else loses. Kinda sucks. =P
But there’s a revision, so im not gonna complain, imma just wait.
That took you long enough to figure out. Why do you think people in the thread complain about kamui and konoha all day?
I’m not as mad that people play her, I’m mad that motherfuckers are just RUNNING to her like there are no other options. This is like the blessing and the curse of having vids online. People know who top tier is right off the bat, so why bother with anyone else, right? Play to win, right?
The same shit is happening with MB. I don’t get to play against character diversity, I get 80 matches against fucking Nanaya and Ciel because noone wants to bother otherwise.
I’ll keep playin AH for sure until I’m fully comfortable with Fiona, but for the game to degenerate this god damn quickly is just sad.
At least it wasn’t like CFJ.

Same shit happened to Rumble Fish 2. The game was riding high for two months until niggas found out Hazaama / Mito was top, then EVERYONE switched to Haazama and the game promptly died right after that.
I mean when I have to play 6 Kamuis before the damn tournament starts that shit is just tiring, seriously. That shit kills the enjoyment of learning the game REALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLY quick.
I don’t even want to know what the next tournament line up is going to be.

Chibi, the only way to show these bastards is to learn the game better than them. Yeah, they play top tier brain dead easy mode Kamui, but when we learn how to properly homing cancel/get our shutdowns down, we’ll see who wants to keep playing the game. I’m guessing since FRX is next week, there won’t be a lot of peeps there to mess around with, so I’ll take this time to learn combo strings and mixup techniques. I didn’t start hating Kamui until I played the one kid, then everything was just unfun.
Also, Chibi can say niggas, just not in real life.
