Whow for second hand guides isn’t that a lot? Or did you include shipping in that fee? In which case roughly how much are selling them for?
I’ll show everybody my order froms. When they come in.
They cost 3500- 5000 yen each. Plus 1200 yen for shipping.
There where some in the 1800 yen range but they where in poor condition.
You can’t find the book anywhere. Let alone finding them new.
As I said b4 I be selling them for what I paid (i’ll proved proof)+ 10$+ shipping.
Try to find them yourself. You’ll see what a deal that is.
Think about it, I AM IMPORTING A RARE BOOK FROM JAPAN.
How much did you think it was going to cost? Really?
I’ll can put them ebay, or in the trading post on Shoryuken. I wanted to give the CVS2 forum guys fist chance.
If that is too much for you, no worries. or hard feelings.
I can find ppl to buy them.
This all seems reasonable. I would still like to buy one from you, when you get them. If you do sell me one, I will do all the scans, but WON’T post anything until you give me the thumbs up.
Let me know what you think.
That would be great. Check PM’s.
I can see where your coming from with this. I still want to get one  seeing as they are rare.
Alright, so there have ben some problems recently with the page. I’ve finally fixed the problems with the mime type errors so everything is back.

http://cvs2.idiomendeavors.net/ and
http://www.idiomendeavors.net/
should all work now. The last ne might take a few hours to get up and running, as some files are still transfering.
tetsuye,
I just want to say thank you. This is a great contribution to CvS2. When I get a chance to look at it fully I will give you more input.
Wow.
Tetsuye, will you marry me?
Smoothcat already uploaded this about a year and a half ago. Then Mr Fantastic already loaded it on his site 7 days after that.
Good job though : )
yeah, I’ve seen some uploads of the zips, but I still haven’t seen any other uploads of the images that are in a gallery.
This is sweet, thanks a lot tetsuye00.
Thanks for the support guys. Hopefully if things keep ging weel, and people make god use of it the mods will sticky this.
When will all the other scans be up? The ones of the other pages that we havent seen?
Last someone asked I didn’t have any other scans. I still don’t, I’m more than happy to put them up, but I don’t own a book so I’ve put this together based on what I could get from other people.
I am still waiting for a the books. Shouldn’t be much longer…
Thanks a lot for these. My question is what exactly am I looking at with the numbers and everything?
Im guessing the yellow/orange/yellow bar is the start up/active/recover frames of the move.
What about the numbers on the right?
Im think the top number is the total damage if the move hits. Is below that the +/- frames if the move hits or is blocked?
I really dont understands the Xs and Os though.
Thanks for the help.
Yes.
Yes.
The X’s and O’s indicate whether the move chains/links into somthing.
Top X/O is for the move itself (like Ryu’s cr.lp chains back into cr.lp)
Middle X/O is for special moves
Bottom X/O is for super moves (like Rock’s sweep/cr.hk chains into supers)
If there are commas (",") in the series of numbers and X/O’s then each of those different numbers/X/O’s is for when the move hits. (Ryu cr.hp)
If there are pluses ("+") in the series of numbers and X/O’s then each of those different numbers/X/O’s is for a different hit in the multi hit move. (Sagat s.lk, s.mk, s.hk)
Underneath Specials and Supers there is a Blue Bar with a number, that bar and number indicate how much invincibility occur on that move.
I’m interested in a book…
Does the book lack the frame data on getup speed, Dodges, dodge attacks?
Alright, thanks to fatboy, big props, I’ve now got a paper copy of the official guidebook. I’ve leafed through it, and there are about 575 pages of content. Most of it is already up.
The stuff that isn’t up:
- Character Portraits
- Character Color Selections
- Character Animations for JD, Parry, moving, jumping, etc.
- System FAQ info (as can be found in the Buktooth and Chensor guides)
- Famitsu’s assessment of each character and their best grooves
- Famistu’s combos for characters
- A “database” of stuff I can’t read (japanese)
What’s not in it:
- More Hitboxes for moves
I’ll see what I can do in the coming weeks, but 575 pages is daunting.
