Is it possible to have one 360 stick and ten or six 360 buttons on console without burning the controller port. The clicking sound is killing me I already have my stick reaplce and thinking of getting 360 buttons, anybody done this before.(for some reason the 360 buttons are not on happs website anymore, now that I want them:confused: anybody know where I can find one)
It appears to be a standard capcom layout with the forward button missing. In japan the buttons arenāt on a straight line to being with tho, since there isnāt a xx us release, i donāt think anyonw knows lol.
i dont know of this helpsā¦butā¦
at my arcade, they use a normal cabinet with forward missing.
BUT, here are the buttons
jab= kick
strong=slash
fierce=heavy slash
short= punch
roundhouse= dust
I hope this helps in some small way. otherwise, check out the official GGXX arcade stick from sammy to see the button layout itself.
here i pasted all the button layouts to a file, so you can see them side by side
:lol: :lol: :lol: Thanks FMjaguar!! Well I saw the XX arcade stick for sale, so I was wondering if I could get a template, Maybe I will just buy one and make a template from that. I just thought it was cool the way the buttons where setup and all, I will go look on Guilty Gear though.
you can always use a seperate power supply. and i believe they discontinued the 360 buttons.
I havenāt used the optical button, but unless your going to not press all the way down, itās still going to make a sound.
Yes, your right it will still make a noise but the cherry swtiches makes a distinct noise on its own.
I donāt have multi meter, did anyone measure the voltage on the DC pad yet. I know the PS/PS2 has 3.3 but someone mention a 7V spot. WHERE AT?
I called WICO they no longer sell 360 sticks,
Agetec stick
i wired up an agetec for xbox and i got the buttons working along with the communicator slot, but the joystick wont work, any tips? I wired the joystick by matching the colour of the wires, should i have done it by the wire positioning instead?
is there any performance difference between the competition and ultimate buttons?
Subliminal: yes, wire position. If you think about it, a microswitch goes off when the stick actually hits it. If two wires go to a microswitch for the left position on one stick, obviously those same two wires will go to the left position on another stick.
Morphiend: I believe that the difference that ultimates are concave while competitions are convex, easier to mash & similar to Japanese buttons.
and⦠of course, THE PLUG
It takes longer to push in ultimates because the buttons are taller, you can mash comps hella fast. That is the only diff.
hey
this the wiring for a dc madcatz, p 360, with competition buttons. Hope this can help.
the outside
i ve posted it before, but this is what the outside looks like
Re: Shadowblade arcade stick help
Yes that would be I. I donāt member your screen name. By any chance did u use anotherā¦
How risky is it to scrape off the black stuff from the official PS Control pads? I would go buy another controller, but money is a HUGE issue and I am trying to use what I can, without buying more stuff. Any ideas?
Anyone done anything with a red octane stick yet? I wanna get one and convert it with p360ās and wanted to see if you guys had any luck with that.
Hi, im new.
Just finished my xbox reflex hack yesterday. comp joystick and buttons, 3/4in ply, iāll post the guts when im not feeling so lazy (i.e. stoned).
Training here sucks. Nothing to do in the desert, anywayā¦
