I’m like a bunch of others on this board - I read some posts in this thread and proceeded to watch all of the subtitled anime in a day. holy crap its great. I can’t believe something this awesomeis running in shonen jump. its easily berserk-tier epic.

Holy hell, Jeane’s drill attack looked sick animated. Looked like the fuckin’ light of judgment or something. And the way the showed the Flash Sword in the anime was far cooler, with her going into the whole black and blue lights mode.

Anyways, the next couple eps are gonna be sweet. Flora, Isley, Ligardes, Cynthia and Miria? Hell yes. Too bad we’ll have to sit through that BS with Clare (anyone who reads the manga knows of what I speak) after the insane Flash Sword ownage she was doing this ep.
Seeing that last ep, what WAS the “defect” that Claymores have on thier chest? I didn’t see anything…

Some people have speculated that the defect was something that Teresa specifically had as opposed to Claymores in general. After seeing Jeane’s completely exposed waist and hips (when Duff knocks her down after the first drill attempt) I’m inclined to agree. And it can’t be anything on the back, since we’ve seen Clare’s bare back numerous times (wow, tasteful, appropriate nudity, in an anime?! Too bad Yagi goes and effs that up with Miata…).
I’m certain Clare and co. welcome you to the fold.

Clare’s old buddies show in this episode and a few new characters, and one of them is on steroids. This was a nice episode but I really want to see 19.
I said it again and again on this thread but. I really really love this anime.
