Fuck, I didn’t know this thread existed. I was looking for a new anime series to watch, and from a list of streaming anime video sites, just picked this one as it seems interesting. I finished the anime series a couple weeks ago, but from the moment that I saw the first episode I was hooked. Heard of rumors of a second season, and I eagerly wait in anticipation. It’s great, I love the dark fantasy and mix of action/violence, story and the psychological parts of the characters. I love how it’s also not scared to show gore and such, or nudity if need be. Though, what the fuck is up with Priscilla and eating those people near the end of the series naked? Like bitch suddenly sees a human, strips her self naked and chows down.
Dude the anime was a dud, compared to the manga(well the anime’s “ending” at least).
I like 79, it’s taking a really cool turn and makes it look like there is a lot on the plate of the manga, which makes me think it;s gonna be around for a while :).
Uh dude that’s not a big problem in any way. Heck while you’re at it, read the FMA manga.

I saw this thread and thought it was about actual claymores, either the explosive mine or sword, both are cool with me.
But no, it’s about some anime.
I was not very happy.
The only thing that could redeem this thread is if the manga/anime in question was able to achieve the status of “MANIME approved” with large breasted girls, gratutious violence, and giant robots. At least two of three are required, unless one category is so excessive that it defies logic (see Berserk, Hokuto no Ken).
And now back to browsing swords and guns on the internet.
Well…the violence is pretty up there. And all the ‘claymores’ are hawt fems. (with apparently grotesque bodies they keep covered up??)

Viz are the ones who publish the english ver. of the series in the US and their translation is very good.

Holy…Raki is a FUCKIN’ BADASS now. That was Yagi’s “IN YO FACE” to everyone who hated on him. I wonder if his sword is made of the same material Claymores (the swords) are made of, as to allow for fighting Youma. After all, he is hanging out with two Abyssals and all. Man, I really, really need to see him fight a decent Youma now. Just to measure how much godhax Isley’s given him. 
God I love this series.
Inever hated on him, but they better have a reason for him getting so good. I hope it’s not just “years of training with…”

Yeah Raki leveled the hell up. After all, he did want to fight besides the woman he cares for the most.
