I can’t speak for everyone but it took me a long ass time to adapt to the new gameplay. Going from BO2 to this is crazy. The whole aiming up and whatever took me a minute. The movement is so fluid. Me missing AW def took a toll
I just finally started consistently going positive a couple of weeks ago… almost going back to my BO2 numbers.
Its def dope tho. Once you get adjusted fully.
Game would be alot better if the controller wasn’t always fucking up…think its the actual ps4 or something.
I swear does anyone out there actually have all 3 DLC weapons? I bet I won’t get the crossbow until November. Don’t care about the MX Garand but seriously Activision REALLY wanted you to drop the cash to gamble.
Maxed out prestige 2 the Marshall so now I can run around with dual ones like it’s MW2 again…sorta. Also hit Prestige 9 last night.
How is the ICR-1 these days?
They keep buffing it over and over again, it has basically nonexistent recoil that’s very easy to control. I don’t think it’s really changed too much overall though, still a great mid-range weapon and not great at anything else.
As far as the DLC weapons go, I have the Garand and it’s really fuckin’ good…It has the same fire rate as the Haymaker and it’s recoil is very controllable, not as accurate as the Sheiva but that kinda accuracy only matters at sniper distances. It’s really fun to use and can compete with pretty much everything unless you’re really really close. The crossbow and Marshall seem even worse though, what assholes idea was it to make a one-shot kill weapon fire that fast, be able to dual wield, completely negate Kinetic Armor and destroy kill streaks, and even give it a damn bayonet?! The Marshall isn’t too bad, but being able to dual-wield it makes it pretty amazing, especially in gametypes like SnD.

damn didn’t even know you could dual wield the crossbow, but why do that when you can run the bayonet and have knife and silenced shotty in one package?

they are far from op. My kdr is sitting at 3.25 right now and i have the grand and the shadowclaw and i can tell you the grand in theory can be sorta op because its fire rate but the fact that you cant reload hurts it so much. The shadowclaw is in theory also op… But if you have used it, hitting anything thats moving is really hard. At pointblank its pretty crazy but again all you have to do is move and the guy with the shadowclaw is instantly crippled. My kdr using the shadowclaw is like a 1.2 or something awful like that. Its not practical at all. My kdr with the grand is like a 3.0 but i was playing super campy with it due to its lack of a reload feature. The shotgun pistol is just a shotgun… Its a shotgun… Theres nothing else to it.
The dual wield marshal 16s could be so much better if you could shoot 1 barrel at a time
I think my kdr is above 1.0 now! I had a few great games (for me-like 9-5). I had my reservations but Treyarch always delivers.
War Machine is all right. I just pick two directions, spam, and get a kill at least half the time. In one game today though, I think I got 3 consecutive close-range kills with it. Never seen gibbing in COD (though I didn’t really play W@W mp).
I don’t think I have seen anyone actually “aim” with the crossbow, just pew pew into stabby stab.
Gibbing was very common in W@W. It was present with grenades, explosives in general, shotguns, and the mortar strike killstreak
Dual crossbow doesn’t work for me. I prefer Bayonet + tri bolt. Tri bolt alone is good enough.
I got killed by a grenade 75 points off a Mothership yesterday using the ONE class I don’t run Flack Jacket.

I had a little money spare so decided to get 5000 CoD points earlier, I’ve just started playing CoD again after a break since MW2 and I’ve gotten pretty heavy into this one. I was screen-sharing the whole thing and at the start I said “I want the Marshal, that’s it.”
Got to my last 200 points and opened up the crate, pulled the Marshal.

Black Ops 3 is great so far. My kdr is 1.15 which I’m pretty happy with after the disaster that was getting fucking rocked all the time in AW. I’m still camping, but I’ve been trying to incorporate some run and gun.
Camping is easier in BO3. Nomad is your best friend.
Now I can FINALLY use whatever Specalist I want and give people seizures with my callsign.
