High School Teacher ‘Had Sex With Student During Christian Training Program’

One 28-year-old high school teacher from Austin, Texas has been arrested and charged with two counts of improper relationship between teacher and student.

Haeli Wey had sex with her 17-year-old student up to 10 times in August and September of this year, it has been reported.

The 17-year-old male allegedly told the police about his relationship with the teacher, whom he met during a summer ministry program, which has been described as a “Christian training program.”

It has also come out that Wey even went on a trip to Africa with the school boy and his family, but the fling was put to an end after the student discovered his teacher had been bedding another student from Westlake High School. She stands accused of kissing the other boy in a hammock during a hike in the summer.

In Texas, there is a specific law that, no matter how old the accused are, it is illegal for any teacher to have a sexual relationship with a student. Wey faces up to 20 years in prison if she is found guilty.
