I’m hearing debates on if Megatron is a Hall of Famer. I guess that’s understandable because he was with Detroit and they went one-and-done in both playoff appearances he was in.
But, right now, I’m putting him in. The man was amazing. How many times was he double, or hell, triple covered, and still leapt over them to make a big catch? He has the franchise records for receiving. Barry Sanders is in and he was on shit Lions teams too, so I can’t figure out a reason to not put Megatron in.

I doubt anyone holds the Lions (or any team’s) lack of success against Johnson. WR is historically a position that is nitpicky by the HOF. A lot of all time greats had to wait to get in. I am sure he will get in, but how long is a big question. What is in his favor is that he was not a primadonna or cancer like another great WR that finds himself waiting for entry

Megatron was not coverable in his prime. Didnt matter how many people covered him, he couldn’t be covered. He broke the single season record for receiving yards and single game record. 6’5 and a 4.40 40. He was the best receiver almost every year. If AP is a future hall of famer, so is megatron.

Seems that the Seahawks biggest wall to deal with has taken built quicker than expected. They paid Wilson and the LOB huge contracts. Now there’s hardly any left for the rest of the team, but you know players on that squad will want to get paid, especially the defense. The ones that are great and efficient players will want theirs and won’t hesitate going elsewhere to get it.

Jags had the most cap space in the entire league. They’re on the up (finally), as well. It’s hard to think of the Jags are anywhere near legitimate but they have some good young players. Bortles is pretty good despite all the picks he threw.
